Sherber & Rad tells new clients the $150 consultation fee will be applied towards treatments if they get it the same day as the initial consultation. My little sister WANTED to begin the recommended laser treatment, but staff told her she had to come back another day because it was "too late" in the day. She asked if the offer would still be honored at a future appointment; they said "no."
The following week, I spoke to Erin at the front desk. She gave me the run around, put me on hold several times, including for five minutes at one time, only to - in a patronizing

I had an appointment with dr. Sherber last week. She prescribed me some beneficial medications. When I asked questions regarding advanced medical treatments, she recommended me to wait and see the skin's reaction first. She explained that if I get many treatments at the same time, my skin might react negatively. And that it would be waste of my time and money. "Please note that not all dermatologists are as honest as she is". I can see my skin getting better day by day. And I highly recommend her.

The staff that I encountered during my visit were pleasant and the office was gorgeous. However, Dr. Sherber was a bit curt at times during my consultation. She appeared to be mostly disinterested and declined to visually inspect my areas of concern. Pointing to an area of hypopigmentation from a few feet away, she suggested that I may have a form of eczema or psoriasis.
It may have been my own misunderstanding that led to my disappointment. The company website and some of her YouTube videos suggested that Dr. Sherber treats a wide range of skin conditions. I was hoping for a comprehensive assessment

Dr. Rad is an exceptional surgeon who is remarkable in so many ways. He is extremely competent and well trained in top notch schools. His knowledge is immense and up to date. But what makes Dr. Rad so much more special is that he gives each patient undivided care. He gives patients great comfort through his compassion and empathy.
Dr. Rad is one of the few skilled plastic surgeons who can perform a DIEP flap breast reconstruction. I was blessed to find him and the result of the DIEP flap surgery is truly amazing.

Received plastic surgery in the face region. Great front desk staff and appointments started on time. Dr Rad also thoroughly explained the procedure and had great bedside manner.
Received the surgery in a hospital setting and everything went smooth and according to plan. Will give the results a 8/10.
But unfortunately, after care surgery is where they dropped the ball. Very much felt like after they received full payment, it was on to the next. Only received a follow up call the next day by the hospital staff nurse. Wasn't called by the doctor or his staff. I've done small plastic surgeries

I truly cannot recommend any dermatologist more so than I do Dr Noëlle Sherber of Sherber and Rad. I started seeing Dr Sherber about a year ago after I realized that years of basking in the glory of the sun sans sunscreen or hats had indeed taken a toll. Over the last couple of years unsightly sun spots and general skin tone issues began to emerge, and nothing I did seemed to help. After posting my initial review, I received an email from Dr. Sherber's assistant stating that Dr. Sherber was "shocked" by my review and wanted to discuss my concerns with me directly. The email further stated that the number they had for me on file was incorrect and asked if I would provide a number for them to reach me at. I replied to the email and verified that the phone number in the email was indeed my correct phone number, and that I could be reached on that number.

There is not enough to say about Dr. Rad and his staff. I highly recommend this practice. He has the best staff. They are always friendly, helpful and stayed in touch with me throughout my entire process for my surgery. They made everything very easy for me and the level of professionalism is like no other. I have never felt so comfortable with any other practice.

My 17 year old son did a rhinoplasty and chin implant with Dr. Rad six weeks ago. We are extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Rad is a skilled, experienced and talented plastic surgeon who pays attention to every detail. He is also a super guy - warm, caring, attentive and welcoming. We knew we were in good hands with him and we were right! The office is well run and everyone is friendly and polite.
