I’m in love with my Tempo! The delivery went smoothly. The company called to schedule my delivery and prior to that day they gave me a courtesy call to remind me. I also received a call before the delivery to tell me they were on their way. The 2 men were very professional and was able to put together and install my unit in the location I wanted it. They collected their trash and tested the unit before they left. All went well. I am satisfied with the whole experience!

I gave it 4 stars because the initial delivery date they arrived on time but did not have my order. So I basically wasted a day. Fortunately I am a teacher and was off for winter break, so I did not waste a day off. The company did call immediately afterwards to set up a week later. They told me delivery would be between 11 and 2, but they actually showed up at 9:45. Both deliveries, the workers were polite and professional. I am glad I did get the white glove delivery for my tempo fit because all the equipment was very heavy.

Will never use this company again. Not only did they send the most incompetent crew to move in our client (after countless emails of explaining the stairs in the town - also, very common in the area)
They have been a nightmare to deal with after the fact. Could never recommend this company to anyone. And will never ever deal with them again.

Despite having an incredible amount of deliveries in one day right before the holidays, the deliverymen took time to carefully move the item to its spot in the room, plug in the device, and explain some of the device functionality. They were pleasant and efficient, and even wore shoe covers and masks. They provided a great service and I hope the delivery people of this company are paid handsomely for their hard work!

I've had a great experience with this company's delivery. They communicated with me about delivery and were very adaptable and flexible about how to handle logistics. They were nice when they came and very helpful in setting the furniture up. Basically, anything you would want in a delivery situation.

Elite did a fantastic job! Great communication from start to finish and the two gentleman who delivered my Tempo were professional and friendly. Although they didn’t work directly for Tempo you would have thought they did, explaining everything to me as they assembled my product. Excellent service! Thank you!

Because of all of these great reviews, I was very surprised at the quality of service I received from Elite Anywhere. I would certainly not call it "white glove." My order took 5 months to ship from its sender abroad (not Elite's fault), but when I was told it was at Elite's local processing center, I was extremely pressed to receive it as soon as possible. Elite said it would take a week for them to "verify" the shipment (whatever that means), which is understandable, however I asked them to please confirm a date the following week as I would be traveling. The office said yes, most likely possible

My experience was just like Jacob L's below - used this company for furniture delivery of high-end pieces (to the Hayward warehouse for the SF Bay Area); currently, there are a number of items that were delivered almost a month ago that they still haven't been able to provide whereabouts or inspection photos of. I'm shocked that I am still stuck sending emails every few days about these pieces with no response. Would not recommend.

We used this company for a upscale furniture delivery. Very large and high end orders that came from all over. Custom made etc.... they lost pieces, did not keep us updated and forgot to put us in the computer so largely messed up our project..... their communication is zero. We had to micromanage it and still are waiting for pieces. Stay far away.

The delivery guys did a great job. They were careful to bring the furniture in without bumping into walls and unpacked and assembled the table and sofa quickly. All I had to do was point. They wore masks and gloves the whole time and maintained social distance for safety. I would definitely use Elite again. Thanks!

I bought five rugs from Mitchell Gold and I used the Elite team to make the delivery. The Elite guys did a wonderful job of moving my furniture, removing the old rugs, installing the new rugs and rug pads, and moving back all the furniture to the correct place. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

They worked tirelessly in masks under the hot sun to deliver our new patio furniture and truly gave us "white glove" service. This is the 2nd time we've used elite anywhere Corp since we are currently furnishing our home, service has been amazing they allow you to track Delivery so you don't have to be waiting at home also give you a call 30 min prior to arrival which is great! Awesome delivery service! Had a window from 11am - 2pm which was not a big deal since they give you a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival. On this particular day they were ahead of schedule and asked if it would be OK to deliver before 11...worked for me!
Anyway, the two guys that delivered my coffee table from Restoration Hardware were extremely professional, friendly and fast!
I'll admit that table was a bit heavy and bulky, but they used extreme care when placing it in our great room.
5 stars all the way!!!
