Adults focus on aspects of the martial arts from basic karate skills, flexibility, muscular and cardio-vascular development to the study of kata (forms), self-defense, sparring and weaponry. We have recently added programs I call PPP or Post Pandemic Programs. The younger levels of junior students study the Universal System.
