Rented from Action Rental of Crystal River for a little over a year and had no problems whatsoever. It was a relief to know they did background checks on everyone they brought into the complex and they were very helpful when it came time to end my lease.

We have been with this rental company 3yrs in January.. The landlord is AWESOME. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS because we have had none of those problems.. The landlord takes care of any issues right away like NEXT DAY so that's a lie..
Just pay your rent and take care of the property in which you are residing inn,you won't have any problems..

I am appalled with the behavior of the owner, Marie Hager. We signed a lease earlier this year for a 12-month term.
We have had little communication with this company during our stay, when we need something repaired, it is fixed. I will give credit where it is due.
However, the owner of our rental property randomly showed up with a new lease (2 months after signing our year lease) stating that he was unsatisfied with the level of service Action Rental Management has provided to him. He asked us to sign a new lease, a month-to-month lease as he is going to sell the property we are living in.

I have rented multiple homes from Mrs. Marie and she is one of the best in the business. She is extremely helpful and has always been willing to work with me if I was ever in need. She’s direct and honest but will take care of you if you take care of her business! If it wasn’t for the home owner selling the property I would continue renting through her in a heartbeat. It’s a shame how many people have tried to bash her business but if you’re looking for a professional rental company I highly recommend Action.

I called this office on Friday literally moments before they closed she could have hurried me off the phone... But she didn’t ...Mrs Marie and her assistant was extremely helpful and Mrs Marie is extremely direct and honest and seems to have the upmost integrity! I was able to even get a hold of her after hours to let her know that I was very interested in the property. Some realtors give you property addresses without disclosing much information Mrs Marie was very intuitive into what I needed as a person and as a mom ...she knew my son was autistic and gave me her opinion of a more secluded

Marie and her team have been awesome the past year and a half I’ve lived in my home. They are quick to respond to any concerns that I have and they are very professional. All the bad reviews you may see sound like they’re from people that tried to do wrong. If you pay your rent and communicate with them they are very nice. They do throughly check you out before renting and that is appreciated as a mother. I know the people living in the homes around me are safe people.
