I requested a viewing of a property that came up on a Sunday, 3 hours after it came up. Spoke to office on Monday , still available, but no viewing available. Completed application on 14th,spoke to office via email on 15th, I have emails they told me still available and check my emails. I emailed 22nd they told me that a Nicole spoke to me they had an approved application. Well no one spoke to me, they apparently advertise and take applications and fee for already approved properties, as a matter of fact you can go on website and still apply for the same condo. Would like to mention also that website

Modern Day Property did an excellent job of managing our property and tenants while under their care. Tabetha was always available and responsive to any issues. Then as we went with Modern Day to put the home on the market and sell, they were able to negotiate the sell within a day with a settlement above market.
Cannot recommend Tabetha and Modern Day enough, professional, hard working, honest.

Terrible experience with this company. Impossible to get answers. I viewed a home and asked before putting an application in if it would be okay to put extra money down due to credit issues etc and was told they would get in contact with the landlord and let me know. 48 hours later I still heard no response. I called and was told they would check with the property manager and let me know. Still no call back so I waited another 48 hours and called again. Was told by an agent that it was okay landlord said that would be fine and to process my application. I did that the same day and then got confirmation

I have used several different rental companies to lease out my homes, Modern Day Property Management has done a much better job than any of the other companies. I am so pleased with them! Both Tabitha and Sandra are easy to work with and very thorough. My homes were returned to me spotless and without needing any repairs.
I also used this company when selling a couple of my homes. The sales went fast and smoothly.

Be very careful with modern day they have lots of fees they charge they charged us for a pet deposit and charged us again to clean carpets which we paid 200$ to have professionally cleaned with a guarantee. They never used the pet deposit of 200$ to clean carpets. They also charged us 50$ for replacing a sliding door lock which was broken when we moved in also they charged us for repairing a drywall repair on a door which was damaged when we moved in also they charged us 230$ for pressure washing the lanai and pool area which we notified them when we moved in that it had peeling paint and glue
