Buyer beware. After contacting Techron we waited 3 days for service because we were told our washer would need a part . Radu arrived was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our Duet Washer and although it did not require a part we waited for, the repair cost was $75 for him just to show up and $100 for less than 20 min to complete the repair. ( A rate of $300 an hour.) The invoice for the repair was provided by email after Radu left .

I contracted with Teckrom to replace a client's damaged refrigerator panel (right door). Cristian was punctual, responsive, reasonably priced and the client was very pleased with the install. Cristian kept both me, the General Contractor & the client up to date on communication throughout the process.
If you're looking to hire an appliance repair company I can't recommend Teckrom enough. You will be happy with the results.

The folks at Teckrom were extremely responsive, in a time when everyone else could care less about getting back to you.
They came the same day to fix my broken LG fridge l, and pointed out how the last team that LG sent half assed the repair.

I had a great experience with Teckrom. Their technician Radu continued to work on my fathers dishwasher, despite the mess and low likelihood of a successful repair. He fixed it in under an hour and advised me on other further needed repairs to the garbage disposal. I appreciated that he checked to make sure if I needed a replacement or not and sure enough; The outlet was dead! I'm very grateful for their help and the pricing was reasonable.

There is a reason why Teckrom has 5 stars and that is Cristian and his team of professionals. Cristian repaired my LG refrigerator compressor last year. I came home last night to an ice maker that was spewing ice everywhere. I contacted Cristian early this morning and received a prompt reply and window of appointment availability that was perfect. He diagnosed the problem efficiently and fixed the problem while also recommending maintenance to keep the issue from recurring. He is my go to for any appliance repair. Such a great company to work with. From the office staff coordinating multiple services to fit our needs to our technician Gabriel. He showed up within the time frame, wore proper covid protection, and even removed his shoes when he didn't have to. He fixed our tv and was very friendly. There's nothing worse than either your washer or dryer having issues, especially when you're doing laundry, which was the case. There was a funny sound coming from the washer, and it looked like it had trouble draining, and then it happened...the washer stopped and it remained locked. We were able to shake something and it finished the cycle, which was at the end.
The extended warranty was already over, so called to make an appointment with the manufacturer's repair company. They couldn't come out for a week and I didn't have enough BVDs to last. LOL! Our neighbor

Yesterday, Julian came to give me a quote on an issue with my fridge. I then got a call from the office secretary to schedule an appointment for Monday for the repair. I asked if there was any way they could do it on Friday. They not only came on Friday but it was the owner of the company Cristian. Both gentlemen were super nice and I was quoted an… accurate price. They are very professional, friendly, and do a good job. I always hate calling repair companies as a female because I think I’ll get ripped off but I never felt this way with Teckrom.
