When I called Marcus he said he could squeeze me in before his next appointment. He was at my house 30 minutes later. I explained the problem of my leaking freezer. An hour later it was fixed. For that entire hour we chatted and I ended up really liking him. So, if you're looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and personable, Marcus is your guy.

I highly recommend Appliance repair service... Marcus Pascale. When I called he picked up the phone... I was able to get an appointment for the next day. He is friendly and knowledgeable and affordable. While he was at my house I made an appointment to have my refrigerator ice machine maker fixed and my dryer cleaned. He was on time and professional. Five stars all the way!

After my freezer decided to spontaneously stop working last night, I searched through Yelp for an appliance service company. The numerous positive reviews compelled me to call Marcus. I'm sure glad I did. I called Marcus this morning at 8 am and he gave me an appointment between 12 and 2 pm. He actually showed up at my house an hour earlier than expected and fixed my freezer. He is quick, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably price. I will definitely use him again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend his services to family and friends.

My dryer was making so much noise and it was annoying. Marcus was so friendly, fast, and knew what he was doing. Not only that the price was also so acceptable and I was so happy with his services. Now my dryer is so quiet and if I ever come up with an appliance issue for sure I'll call for his service again.

Marcus is a very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. He's fixed our DCS stove a couple of times and have always felt he's been honest and fair with the repairs. We've been scammed by similarly "named" repair companies but Marcus and Appliance Repair Service of San Diego is the real deal.

I reached out to Marcus to fix the hinge on my oven. He got me on the calendar the next day. I was able to get a quote quickly over the phone with a short conversation and a few photos. When he arrived he was pleasant and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. I will be sure to reach out to Marcus in the future for any kitchen appliance repairs.

Since we cannot provide a zero star rating, we will leave one star.
This repair started back on 11/2/18 for a Samsung Dryer and Washer set. Marcus told us that the parts would need to be ordered and charged us beforehand for the parts (odd since I am paying for a service that isn't complete and also parts that had not been installed at this point) but we complied.
Weeks later, after several contact attempts, he finally responded to our messages and stated that he had been busy with family and that he would get us on the schedule as soon as he had an open spot. He showed up and had the

Excellent repair service! My dishwasher was out of warranty and is a brand that most appliance repair companies won't service. The manufacturer recommended ARS and I couldn't be happier.
ARS replied to my request for a quote in a timely manner, and their price was very fair. The work was completed quickly and professionally; The owner, Marcus, was friendly and knowledgeable - great guy.
