Kinetic Checking is designed to keep your family finances safer while you take advantage of smart discounts on financial services and everyday purchases. Buyers Protection covers items for 90 days from the date of purchase against accidental breakage, fire or theft. Extended Warranty extends the U.S. manufacturer's original written warranty up to one full year on most new retail purchases if the warranty is less than five years.
You and your teen will have the ability to manage and monitor the account from our online banking or mobile app, allowing your teen to categorize their spending and set budgeting goals. Overdraft protection is available at no charge from the available funds in the Savings account. Your teen's smartphone and the Kinetic Mobile Banking App make account management and budgeting simple.
There are several Kinetic Savings account options so you can find one that fits your needs. All members open a Regular Savings account upon joining Kinetic Credit Union. A minimum deposit of $25 is maintained in this account and serves as your share ownership in the credit union. This special account is just for kids age 12 and younger.

Since so much is automated I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received. Everyone from start to finish of my transaction was very helpful friendly and efficient. Every step was clearly explained throughout the entire process. Will definitely use Kinetic for any other financial needs.

Today l Signed back with one of the best banks, I've been with so far. I didn't know about making an appointment as I say out of the bank. I was able to call set up a appt. and within 10 minutes a nice representative called and accept my appt then and there. Now When in college early 20's, I was irresponsible and messed up my account, Long story short paid the charge off and open an account all within 20 min. COVID pre-cautions were taken seriously and I felt safe while opening my account. Love the perks and offers they have as well, glad to be back!!!

We have taken out 2 loans in the past year. Both times we went through Hannah Miller. To say she made the loan process EXTREMELY easy is quite an understatement. The first loan was done literally in like less than an hour from start to finish. The auto loan we took out last week was done in a day. She even called someone at a dealership she knew, told them what we were approved for, and when we went there he had a vehicle waiting on my husband that my husband fell in love with. So if you every need anything go through Hannah and Kinetic, I've been with them 14-15 years and don't regret one minute

The customer service received through Kinetic is simply awesome! You are not viewed as "just another customer" or "number". Each time I have come in contact with a staff member, they are always smiling and greet you like you truly matter. The worst Treatment to me and my fiancé by a man named Alex he deals with loans. The only reason he talks to people and treats people the way he does is because he is over a phone. I will be following up on complant tommorow during business hours. But this man was so rude and disrespectful. I would never go there for any reason only because this company allows a man behind a phone to treat people the way he has. Can the owner please re email me so I can respond and leave number. Stupidest bank ever. They only accept payments in cash for your loans. So even though I live in Atlanta, I have to drive down here to pay it. The "due" balances on their app are off due to "daily accruing interest" which you can't contest even when you're trying to pay off the balance completely. To top it off, all of their transactions are through an awkward Skype chat style monitor where there's a weird lag between you and the teller. I'm all for tech banking but if you're going to do it, do it better than this. Smh.

I really dig kinetic! I've been wanting to switch to a credit union ever since the Wells Fargo/Standing rock and the BOA drama, and finally did! I like that I know that my money is staying in my community and not finding any big business corruption or politics. Upon entering a branch for the first time, I was kindly greeted by a customer service representative. I was really surprised at how nice and modern the facilities appeared as well as the various benefits of being a member of the credit union. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. The website is awful. The customer service is awful. I've been trying for two weeks to make a car payment and now its one day before the payment is due and I still can't figure out how to do it and customer service this far has been no help. I'm not putting money in their checking account in order to make a car payment. I didn't authorize them to open a checking account in my name yet, I seem to have one. How did that happen and why? What a joke.

When I call, I have to wait on hold for a very long time. Add that when I do get a person to talk to, they are completely monotone and do not sound very happy to be helping you. It sounds like they are always in a bad mood...not very good customer service.
Also, many years ago, I made a final payment for a car loan. I asked them to give me the amount and I wrote the check. I accidently left off ONE penny. I did not even realize it. Kentic is a fraud bank they allow people to charge things online with out putting the correct billing address. When you dispute the charges they tell you theres nothing more they can do its up to the company where your card was charged if they want to take responsibility for it then you will get your money back.

Kinetic "won" my car loan, which means that's who the dealer chose to go with. They assign you a loan account and a savings account. You cannot pay with any other account or method other than funneling money into the savings account or going in and paying in person, or else you will pay "convenience" fees.
It was suggested by the bank manager that I could use something called "Pop money," but even she couldn't get it to work. Months later, their IT people have not gotten back to me. I'm "not eligible

I have nothing but praise for Kinetic. I have used this branch and the one on Veterans. I have a little boy that they love to see and get hugs from. I even get into trouble if I don't bring my little one. The will watch him while I do what I need. He knows where the suckers are and they are always willing to give him one for each hand.

Great bank "if you like them to lose your money and put you in collections." I have been with several banks and this is by far the worst. I have been with Kinetic for about 5 months and have had many problems. First I used their "Switch Agent" to make switching my bills easier, big mistake. After wasting a day filling out info on their website they never switch most of my bills causing me to go in to collections. No one ever called or email me to follow up as promised. After straightening out that mess out myself, I received a notice about 3 months later from one of my credit
