Services
If you have deductions coming into the credit union those deductions will need to be stopped before your account can be closed. Agents please complete a Payment Authorization Form and return with your close account request. Your request will take one pay period to complete. Home office employees will need to call the office to stop the deductions, Your requests take two pay periods then your account can be closed.
Credit Union dividend rates are reviewed quarterly and voted on by the Board of Directors. Dividends are declared and paid from current income. Rates will change from time to time as governed by income and general economic conditions. We all understand that many economic challenges face us as we carefully move forward in 2021.
Credit Union members now have access to powerful information with which to research prices and payments on both new and used vehicles. Your visit to the Auto Department will necessarily cause you to leave the Credit Union website. At no time will you be requested to provide any confidential information.
Sharelook provides a Simplified Online Enrollment process. You can view history based on host retention period and set up email alerts. You can assign nicknames to your account, change your log-on ID and security code at any time using the pass-phrase reset. You can even sign up for e-statements, which are sent out quarterly.

The AFLAC Credit Union is terrific. I know for a fact if it was not for them I problemly would have not survived this far. It has saved us so many times whether we needed to borrow money for sickness, to buy a car, or what ever reason. The creditunion was alwas there. But most importantly if it hadn't been for Kellie Mattock to help us I don't know… what we would of done. She is very kind, has always figured a way to help us out, and most of all is a real assit to AFLAC. Aflac needs people like Kellie to keep everything moving.
