I was skeptical in trying Neapolitan since I've been going to the same place for 20 years. But after my usual place has been declining I decided to give them a shot. I couldn't have been more pleased. The wash internally and externally was great and showed a high amount of attention to detail. You have a new repeating customer.

The worst Experience I ever had.I was there before 3 or 4 cars to washed my car and I got left it behind.When I went a talk to assistant manager (Let’s call it this way) he was like so what do you want me to do ? Even I had 3 more car wash purchased and I gave it to the assistant manager.I won’t wash my car there again.Very bad Management and poor service and quality

If only i could give this facility negative stars for the wash i had today which included a full interior vac and shine, one that my 10 year old nephew could have done with zero experience. The doors weren’t wiped at all, the middle console looked better before i got there tbh and the dirty rag they left in the door, we’ll that speaks for itself. Also the trunk wasn’t vacuumed with conditioned mats sitting on top of the unvaccumed trunk. Funny story is i tried this car wash seeing some of the coolest cars going in and looking spotless DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE $$ especially if you have anythjng

Terrible. I was a regular customer. The last 3 times I have gone I have paid over $42 to have my SUV vacuumed and washed. Dirt still everywhere on the floor seats still dirty. Had to go to elsewhere to my SUV cleaned properly. Go elsewhere if you can.

Neopolitan car wash is the best car wash in Naples. On one occasion the car was not cleaned very well and I told Cecilia a very attentive girl who offered to clean it again at no cost. The customer service that Cecilia offered was excellent from the first moment. I really appreciate that she took the time to listen to me and fix what happened. Hands down one of the best places for a car wash. I guarantee once you go to Neapolitan car wash you would not go anywhere else. They are very caring for how your vehicle comes out. I am very picky when it comes to my vehicles being cleaned and I have to say I am very impressed by the out come!!! They will get my business from here on out! Neapolitan Car Wash did and has done AGAIN such an exceptional job on Detailing my car. I moved from DC to Naples in May last year and got a Blue Nissan interior detailed. The entire staff and management was very professional and the results were astonishing. Interior looked as if I purchased a new car! I went back today and got my Hyundai Azera fully detailed and the car looks brand new! I apologize I could not be there in person but I can't thank you all enough for your help and the quality and care the staff invests in detailing a car!
