Tried this place for the first time for a car wash and interior vacuum. Safe to say I will not be going back. Costs me $45 for a small SUV. I was fifth in line....when i frequented the prior business that was in this location, I would think nothing of it when there was a line as they were quick and efficient. However, handwashing paired with inefficiency resulted in me leaving an hour later. And they didn't even wash my roof!!!! It was filthy! What a waste of time and money!!

I just arrived in Naples for an extended stay and needed to get 1000+ miles of road grime off of my Land Rover. To put things in perspective, I am a bit of a Land Rover nut and I love my car enough that it has its own Instagram account @districtrover. I normally enjoy washing and detailing it myself so I am very judgmental when I have others do it, but I decided to treat myself to a full exterior and interior package at this place based on positive reviews. The team did a very thorough job vacuuming and wiping down the interior and then got busy on the exterior. The devil is in the details and

I was super excited to see a hand wash carwash! The staff are super friendly. But I'm not sure how they have managed to get good reviews as I do not believe that they do a good job at all. As you can see on the pictures (I tried not to sit outside of their place for too long and didn't do outside of car pictures). Also, as soon as I got in my car I noticed the scratches on my instrument cluster and It is something that would be extremely hard not to see it before, specially seeing it as sson as I got in the car.

Had a full detail at classic hand wash, and John was exceptional! I feel like I understand the process so much more just because he took the time to explain to me exactly what he would be doing to my car. I have a 21 Rogue, and you would think the car is 20 years old due to the way my kids destroy it. Even had considered getting paint at a body shop from an area my daughter stuck gum to and let it bake in the sun. Not anymore! His method works, and my car looks brand new again! Thank you, John, for bringing my car back to life! I've found my new go-to spot!

Swung by without an appointment and was able to drop off my Audi for a spectacular hand wash and wax. John and his team finished up with a nice finish on the interior. Scrubbed the carpets to look brand new, and feels like driving off the lot for the first time. Owner made the car go through a second hand wash because he thought it needed it. They treat your car like their own. I’ve found my go to car wash! Thank you.
