I had time to kill while my pup was at a nearby vet, so I came in here without an appointment for a full set; white & pink ombre. TRISH did a fantastic job! She has excellent attention to detail. No nicks. No pain. Perfect set!

Had an appt at 4:00 PM. Arrived at 3:50 for my appt. They told us to wait outside until they were ready to see us. It was freezing outside and raining. We waited until 4:30 PM when two more people walked in the nail spa and began to wash their hands to be seen. We continued to wait 15 more minutes with no word how much longer it would be at which point we realized the people who walked in at 4:30 were seated. Very disrespectful to not even come out and tell us they were sorry or give us an update on time. Will not be going back.

WORST TOTALLY OVERPRICED NAIL SALON OF ANY PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE!!!! I get dipped powder nails. I travel a lot and get my nails done in many places. This is by far the most I've ever paid. It's always $40-45 ($50 if you get designs or jewels) and she (The owner) charged $60 for a regular dip powder polish. On top of the outrageous overcharge the service was awful. She left me sitting for 10 minutes while she disappeared in the back. I've been having my nails done here for a year and a half and won't go anywhere else. Wendy does a fantastic job on my dip nails, I'm very picky and I don't have to 'fix' them when I get home. ;-) They last a long time and don't lift or peel, and look fantastic. It's sweet how she remembers each person and greets you by name. Not many nail places have a friendly atmosphere, or treat you kindly, which is what sets Nail Spa apart in my opinion. The finished product, a fill, was good. But the service wasn't. I don't think she said one word to me the entire time but rather talked to the other nail technician much of the time.
It was more expensive that I usually pay, ($40 for an acrylic fill, not a backfill). The place is not fancy, the service less that expected. I won't go back.

I just came here for the first time and I had the new dip powder as opposed to the Gel/Shellac that I usually get as well as a Pedicure.
1. So happy I found this place. It's not close to my house but I really loved my service here. The girl did such a fantastic job I think I will come back here every month. The Dip powder is so awesome! I can see how applying it can be tricky but the technician was skilled and did a perfect job. I've been going here for years. I've gotten dip powder, acrylics, solar , everything here. I've never ever had an issue with nautral nail, coffin, stilleto or square. They are all kind, professional and creative! I saw Wendy today. She was very creative with a sparkle technique on top of my powder dip nail.

My favorite place around. ALWAYS clean and friendly. McKayla does a wonderful gel manicure and takes her time to make them look great. I won't go anywhere else.

I've gotten two mani/pedis here, each a year apart. The first year was great, they accommodated me and my friend as walk-ins fairly easily and my mani/pedi was great and only cost I think $40.
This year, the services cost $71.50, and my manicure already has a big chunk of polish that came off after less than a week. I really like the people and the service but am really disappointed in the result. I took a picture and will follow up with the store, in case I can get a partial refund.

My friend and I came in for 2 pedicures at around 5:45 (my first time here, she's been before). I want to start out saying the 2 star review is not for the pedicure itself. The techs did a wonderful job and were fantastic. The problem came when it came time to pay.
First, the woman (not our techs) told us they closed the credit card machine down for the night. It would've been nice for them to have let us know they were closing them and had us pay before since I only had a credit card on me. Luckily my friend had a debit card and pulled out cash for both of us so I could pay her back

Not only did the gals do a very nice job, but the leg and foot massage was fantastic!
The gals were very nice about taking some group photos of us and letting us bring in our own beverages, which were in theme with the "Masquerade" party I was throwing.
For $24, this was a great deal.

Beautiful toe art! I arrived 1 minute before my Pedi appt time and was asked to grab my color and was seated straight away. The pedi chairs have a wonderful flex massage that are pretty new and felt great. The foot bath wasnt as hot as I liked so I mentioned it. OH! The reason she explained is because it is so hot outside people have been requesting cool water for feet. I still like HOT water and presto! hot water added. NICE!! Toes were clipped and filed and special care taken with the one toe nail I had broken. All looked straight and I loved the leg and foot rub with the mango oil followed by

This place is pretty much exactly three stars. The staff were kind of stand offish, and I had my 9 year old sister with me and they didn't really know how to interact with her and seemed impatient. The pedicure themselves weren't bad, but thats about all they had going for them.
OH! and BRING YOUR OWN NAIL FILE, they're like a dollar fifty otherwise and they are not afraid to have you share with whomever you came in with.

RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE EXPERINCE AND THEY OVERCHARGE FOR EVERYTHING.
My mother and I were getting Mani & Pedi's before we headed off to Vegas and decided to come here because it was close to my mother's house. The pedicures we got were so mediocre and when I got my foot massage it was SO painful, the guy like dug his nails in my foot and I had to twitch to get him to STOP. The water they soaked my feet in was just a warm temp, not comforting at all. Then when he was done painting my toes, he insisted on putting my flip flops on RIGHT AFTER he was done
