It's so good to meet you! Hi, I'm Melissa, owner of Bella Hands Beauty Boutique located in Milwaukie, Oregon which is part of the Portland, Oregon metro area. Let me tell you a little more about me and why you will find Bella Hands to be the best salon experience you've ever had. I'm a down-to-earth, animal-loving, sun-worshiper that loves tattoos.
Any service that adds length, or structure to your natural nail is an enhancement. Bella Hands offers acrylic, Luminary Nail Systems and PolyGel options in any custom length and nail shape. Soft Gel Full Coverage Tips give you the flexibility to change your nail shape at every service without extra costs.
All scheduling is done through the Bella Hands website. Remember, a credit or debit card is required to secure the appointment. We don't charge you at the time you schedule, but if you don't contact us and skip your appointment we do charge you for the full price of the missed service. Check out our services page!

Very disappointed in this business owner Melissa. Her website states she provides personalized great customer service. I was looking for a tech to do a Luminary structured manicure. She only carries the clear, when I stated I would be willing to purchase the color I wanted and bring it to her brand new to apply, she suddenly didn't want to help me and said "I'm not the nail tech for you". I'm shocked! Apparently she doesn't need new clients. I don't understand what the problem could be. So much for offering customized manicures.

I first went here two years ago to get a manicure to show off my new Ruby and gold engagement ring. Melissa quickly found the best colors, doing a glitter accent nail rather than just one color throughout l. It looked great and she even took and sent me photos so I could easily them to Facebook to announce the engagement.

I have been getting acrylic nail fills from Melissa every 3 weeks for several years at this point. I also get a few pedicures each summer. Her work and sanitation are excellent, and she's lots of fun to talk to! Her new location is fantastic with lots of room, including a good-sized restroom, and very comfy pedicure chairs.

Love Bella Hands. Awesome personalized service. The owner is so fun and really attentive to exactly what I needed. Super clean space and very welcoming. Will definitely be back for more beautiful nails! Also does a great job with waxing. Next booking I'm getting my lashes done too!

While having to search for a new manicurist I Googled "manicurists near me" and up popped Bella Hands. Convenient hours with evening appointments available in my neighborhood so I gave her a try.
I was very pleased with my first appointment and have gone to Melissa ever since. I found her to be knowledgeable, personable, artistic as well as a down right nice person. Not only does she have over 200 colors but I can present her with a picture of nail art I am interested in and she does an impeccable job of duplicating it, something I have never had with past manicurists.

I am very indecisive, and I told Melissa to just do what she thought looked good. I was not disappointed!!! She did an amazing job (I'm so picky about my nails it's not even funny). I was searching for nail professionals on google and not having much luck with finding someone who made me feel comfortable. I'm a nail biter and was looking to get acrylics, but have had unfavorable experiences prior. After explaining my concerns, Melissa was able to make me feel very comfortable.

Melissa is AMAZING! I love that I can bring in a picture of something and walk out with it on my hands. She has a ton of colors, glitters, chrome, and builder gels to choose from. Also always has great ideas when you "just don't know what you want". Fun and easy to talk to I adore this lady and the work she does!
