Whether you are looking for support and coping skills for handling tough situations, are struggling with developing and maintaining healthy relationships, or are suffering from anxiety and depression, I can offer you a nurturing, nonjudgmental environment from which to explore your inner world, while giving you tools for coping and growth along the way.
It's important that you carefully evaluate your resources before starting therapy. This way we can set reasonable goals and not have the treatment process interrupted unexpectedly. My rate for individual therapy sessions is $150 per session, and payment is due at the end of each session. I do not accept health insurance; however, my services are often considered reimbursable by medical insurance plans.
