Consolidate shipment is where cargo from different customers is shipped in one shipping container. Majority of our customers prefer this type of service since its all inclusive. With this service, customers are only entitled to pay shipping rate at the origin and no other charges at destination. While shipping process entails a lot of procedures between shipment pick up and delivery, the customer is shielded from all hustles and bustles involved.
Dedicated service is where the entire space in a container is loaded with items for one customer only. In a different explanation, the entire container space is booked for one customer only. With this option LincTech facilitates the origin inland transport, documentation, and container shipping to the port of destination.
Here are some Ocean Cargo facts that you should know about. By knowing what ocean cargo is and how long the shipment takes, you can make an informed decision before you send your freight out. The following are some of the items that we have shipped and their associated shipping price tag. Note that the prices are from Kansas City, MO -USA to Nairobi Kenya, including port of destination (POD) custom clearance charges and registration where applicable. Price variation is based on the size, make/model/year and the condition (new vs. used).

The company is generally good but I think the customer service is so rude and unprofessional. In my honest opinion after doing business with this company for a while, they don’t do timely delivery, it can even take 20 days by air which find not realistic. Just use them when it’s not an urgent package and you are willing to wait for long. I think they should work on customer communication service.

Excellent shipper. Ships one box, or a pallet and handles odd shaped items too. We have used Linctech many times and ALWAYS gets our stuff where we want - when it's scheduled. I shipped two boxes of cargo with this company in early 2018. They lost one of cargo in transit and the other one arrived completely damaged and a year late. Attempts to reach their US office went unanswered. When I finally talked to someone in their office I was told they would “look into it”. It’s been two years since this happened and I still have no response from this company. I would not recommend them. They are unprofessional and dishonest.

My shilment arrived safely and on time. The team that picked my cargo were efficient and very helpful. The offfice was very responsive and all queries were answered asap. Kudos to the company. Am happy and would recommend this shipping company to anyone sending stuff back home.

This are con people you should be able guarantee the security of our goods as your customer we pay you for that also consider having an insurance for compensating those people whose goods don't get to where they intended them to be. Just like you wouldn't ship my luggage without me paying, you too should step up refund and pay for the ones that get lost in your possession otherwise am advising someone else more professional and ethical to take this chance of lack of accountability in this company and start their own business and we will all be your customers. we are tired of linctech😏😏

This is the best shipping company there is! We shipped goods worth over 10 thousand dollars. Not only did our goods get there earlier than the estimated time, but also intact and in perfect shape! Nothing was tempered with! Anthony in Kenya stored our stuff for about 3 months! The whole team is amazing! Very professional and on it! I am a very happy Customer! I would highly recommend it! 5 STARS all the way!!!!!!
