I have abandoned my company's 3rd party logistics outfit solely for the service of Cindy Smith. She has been nothing short of diligent, honest, and expeditious. She constantly finds the best rates for my requests no matter how far the load goes, how big/small the load is, or how fast it has to get there. You wont find a better logistical broker anywhere. That's a guarantee.

I operated hot shot rig for 2&1/2 years. One of the best business opportunities happened when Cynthia smith found me one day when I was searching the load board needing a load out of somewhere and she needed a hot shot. From that load through many more she always did what she says she was, was always easily available on the phone and through email. Most professional and helpful freight broker I used during my time on hot shot plus very friendly and friendships and loyalty mean a lot when doing business together. These guys are what’s wrong with the industry. They are clowns that conduct themselves as such, with unethical business practices and shouldn’t even be allowed to post loads .
Booked a “load” with Cindy Smith at 8 am out of a bad area.
When I didn’t receive a rate con, I began calling every 5-10 minutes and Never got an answer.
She NEVER HAD THE LOAD
BEWARE of Cindy Smith and this company THEY WILL BOOK YOU ON AN IMAGINARY LOAD AND NEVER TENDER IT TO YOU.
I cannot even reach their main line to file a complaint .
Rather then picking up the phone and being straightforward and telling
