I am an elite Yelper. I know good. I know bad. The owner is a genuine businessman and knows the true meaning of customer service
His staff, esp Lukasz is amazing and respectful and knowledgeable (I had little ones running around)
They installed central air in our old bungalow (we had old school window AC units)

We had Cool Z heating service both our boilers on our two flat last year and had him replace one boiler from 1987 this year!!! He is honest, kind, curteous, and is everything you would want in a HVAC company. Out of the four people we called, he was the second lowest and price matched the lowest quote. As a new hone owner I was out of my element when it came to heating maintenance and he was always available to answer my questions with knowledge and patience. He respected that this was an enormous purchase for us and I am glad we were recommended him by a friend in the community. I highly recommend

I live in a high-rise apartment - well actually condo because I am responsible for repairs with in my unit. I contracted Cool Z heating come to my condo and unstop my Furnace. I was getting complaints from lower units about a leak that maintenance tracked to my unit, he quickly found the problem with my humidifier. I would request him in the future if I had more issues.

My air conditioning system stopped cooling late last night so I called Cool Z Heating first thing this morning. The service department called me back to tell me they could come out around 1:00 today. A service rep callled again to let me know how the technician's schedule was shaping up, and called a third time to let me know he was on his way. I was really impressed with this level of responsiveness. The technician arrived about 1:15, diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and gave me a price within 10 minutes or so. By 2:30, he'd completed his work and was out the door. I didn't catch the technician

I had scheduled a clean and check at a rental apartment I owned. Coincidentally the tenant had complained the morning of the appointment about the furnace not staying on long enough to heat the unit. When Maciej from Cool Z Heating arrived, I mentioned the issue, and he quickly spotted the problem was a safety switch shutting off the burners because it was in danger of overheating causing damage to the internal components.

I highly recommend Cool Z Heating for their efficient work and mainly their honesty. I had other company to check on my furnace which had stopped working, and I was told to replace it with a new one and that it's not fixable. I called Cool Z Heating to get an extra estimate and when the guy looked at it, he asked me if we would rather just fix it instead? It end up to be a small part that he replaced. If I go with other company that time it would cost me much more money. Im sure that happend to many people that as a result of lack of knowledge they were ripped off. And now I have no problems

I called around noon and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. That was great as it was a hot August day in Cicero, IL. I did ask in case they could come later that night and they said it was hard to schedule a same day visit but they'd try.Impressive communication, I must say. The visit was to the point, Mark asked about the problem and proceeded to check the outside unit and within five minutes came to show me a burnt-out part that needed repair. He said I could buy it myself or he had some in the car. He replaced the part, he cleaned the outside unit, he brought a light to show me the

The motherboard of our furnace shorted and needed to be replaced in the winter. They came out and replaced the motherboard so we got heat but they deliberately broke our AC so they would get repeat business call in the summer. What they did was cut the 24V wire that carries the signal from the thermostat to the AC compressor (on our roof). These wires rarely "go bad" and its extremely unusual for something to go wrong with them. Sure enough, we called them to fix the AC in the summer and they recommended a very costly fix.
