My lnstall was challenging, my system is located in the attic up a pull-down ladder. The four man crew was very skilled and professional, and my quote was extremely fair.
The crew arrived just when they said they would.
The business owner, Doug Patterson, was on site throughout to ensure the install was done to the highest standard.
They were very careful to see that no damage was done to my hardwood floors, and cleaned up afterwards. The entire crew was courteous and very professional, and took the Covid precautions of wearing masks.

My condenser was not sounding right, and being concerned with having a problem I called Just Right, who I have been using for many years, and they came right away. Sure enough the compressor was about to fail, and they promptly replaced the unit. Great service at a fair price with never having to worry about being taken advantage of. If you aren't using Doug at Just Right Air & Heat, shame on you. Doug was able to squeeze me in last minute and found the solution to my leaking AC almost immediately. He's friendly and knowledgeable, and even helped me fix an outlet that wasn't working while he was there! The price was reasonable for all the work they did, and he has definitely earned my business for good. I'll be telling all my friends and family about him, and I wish Doug and his employees lots of continued success!

I highly recommend this company. Our furnace needed repair, and Doug did a great job (especially considering it's from somewhere near the Paleolithic period). More impressive than that, though, was the fact that he called to say that he was going to be ten minutes late. And he was only ten minutes late. That's unheard of in this industry, as far as I know.

I Called during the snowday in 2015 when my heat stopped working. I was kind of panicked because it was freezing out and I had called 3 companies. The weather was bad, so i didn't know if I could get anyone to come out. This is the only company who called back and offered to come out. In the meantime my husband got our heat working, but I want to give this company a great review for calling back and talking with me. I will be having them come out to do a checkup on my heater once the snow clear. Excellent customer service as far as I can tell.
