Jeff worked on our wedding and he made sure everything worked seamlessly. He stayed in communication at checkpoints with us throughout the planning process to ensure we were making progress on all fronts. He had advice on other things needed that are not just related to the food, including opinions on layouts and wedding/seating format. We decided to go with a modern style dinner format with food laid out and staff walking around with appetizers, and Jeff already had ideas on how to execute the plan. At the end, everything worked well. Our guests loved it and we had a great time with such an atypical

Jeff was beyond amazing to work with!!
He did catering for our wedding, and I had all my dream foods there. Ceviche, poke, musubi, crab cakes, jumbo prawns, freshly shucked oysters....
His staff was so efficient and great!
Jeff helped us plan all of the nitty gritty little details, and acted almost like a wedding planner for us. (But maybe we were also a very low key couple.)
