Our granddaughter's truck broke down at the house and we needed a short tow to our mechanic about 3 miles down the road in Wai'anae. We were really pleased that AAA sent D&D Towing to our place for this tow job. Our driver (so sorry I did not get his name) was super friendly, efficient and went through the extra effort of avoiding damage to our outdoor hanging lights which were in the way of the truck atop the D&D tow truck. Arrival/drop off at our mechanic's place was a breeze. A big MAHALO to D&D for their towing expertise. We will call them again for sure!

We had a scheduled time at 8am, they’re driver (didn’t catch his name, nice guy) came a little before that and was done quickly. Thank you D&D! This is the second time I've used D&D Towing twice via AAA. The first time they sent someone to help me with a dead battery at Costco. The young man was polite and professional. I ended up purchasing a battery with him instead of waiting for Costco to do it. He also noticed oil leaking around my engine and suggested I take care of it. I ended up taking it to our mechanic and it could have been a dangerous thing!

Our car rental place was crappy and gave us a van with tires that were worn down and ended up getting a hole in our tire. The first people that came were 2 men who didn't know what they were doing and said that we needed to tow our car. Next Jada comes, and she makes her own tool to release the spare tire since our rentals tools to release the spare were taken out. She then plugged the tire for us and put the spare in back in case the tire got another hole. Mahalo Jada!

Mahalo Josh for coming to my rescue with changing out my flat tire at wai'anae comprehensive Native Hawaiian center today. The AAA club initially said its. 1 1/2 hour wait which we both felt was too long, I was blessed with only a 1hour wait and Josh quickly changed out with the spare.
He was professional and answered my questions about the damaged tire and came to find out he lives in the same community! It's all about pilina and I'm feeling much less anxiety now that I may continue my errands. Mahalo to Josh of D & D towing service, a AAA affiliate.

Encountered a driver for D&D that was towing a Mercedes on the night of 4/13/2018 while road ways were wet. While the driver was transiting down Geiger road, traveling from Kapolei area to Ewa beach area, driver sped up to speeds of over 50 MPH while i was trying to pass to later turn right at the light to come down Kapolei Parkway. While also trying to pass driver used no turn signals and was driving over the line and taking up both lanes before abruptly cutting me off before passing. Thank you so much D&D towing! I just got done grocery shopping at costco, hopped in my truck and it would not stay on. After calling around D&D was the only company with a good response time and rate. when the driver Ryan came to pick me up he contacted me to see where I was in the parking lot. He hooked up the truck and we were on our way. When we got to my house he even put the truck in the driveway, which is super narrow and on a busy street. The driver even made sure when he placed it back on the ground to put blocks under since the suspensions were so low so I can roll off then gently

My wife and I got stuck on the corner of Likelike Highway and Kahekili Highway this afternoon. AAA sent out Adam from D & D 24/7 Towing. He was very friendly and very professional. He made the tow back to Aiea quick, easy and fun. He spoke about tow trucks committing moving violations legally, his plans to start an auto repair shop and his "colorful" childhood. We were very lucky to have AAA, D & D 24/7 Towing and Adam on our side: they turned a very stressful situation into a minor inconvenience. Thank you all for saving our Sunday afternoon.

Today we got stuck @ Kahe Point during dread hour traffic going into Nanakuli. I called for help and Jasmine answered, goodness that was such a relief cause it was already the end of the day for most people and we were dreading having to experience another unforeseen expense. Jasmine was so helpful and I couldn't believe how quick there were out there to SAVE us! Less than a 30 minute wait! Appreciative for their services. Lady who answers was very kind. The guy who towed us home was also kind. Was stranded last night, husbands wheel bearing was rubbing metal to metal. Couldn't drive any further. Didnt want to leave the truck especially with all the break ins that are happening here in oahu. Was going back home towards Maili so i went down the list call 3 companies in Waianae and all couldn't tow us. Either they weren't available or they don't do evenings. Then called here and right away I was helped. Greatful for their services. Didnt take long.

I got stuck on the side of the freeway so The first thing I did was call D&D towing had very good customer service. Then Josh arrived (the guy towing our car) really fast and he knew exactly what to do wasting no time at all. He even offered me and my boyfriend a ride back to the place we needed to drop the car. Five stars for great customer service from beginning to end, even the pricing is good and fair

Michelle was called out to help us by AAA when we had experienced a severe flat tire in a Smart car while in the freeway at a busy time of day near the H1 / H2 merge westbound where there barely any shoulder to park and wait. Michelle was there within minutes and had the car onto her carrier truck before she was promised to arrive. She was courteous from the start, making sure we were safe and out of danger from oncoming cars whizzing by at high rates of speed.
I would definitely call Michelle at D&D Towing again if ever I needed a tow! Mahalo, Michelle!

Aloha AAA for sending D&D Towing to assist me! Josh and Angel came to my rescue when my car was making a terrible sound that was getting worse and scarier as the day progressed. They took only a few minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. It turned out the lug nuts on my rear tire were loose and could have potentially caused a terrible accident had my rim flown off in traffic. They removed my tire to check for damage, put it back on property, tightened all the lug nuts on all my tires and checked all the tires psi. Thanks to Josh and Angel I can sleep well tonight and my family is safe

5 star service. Danny was awesome. Very customer service oriented. Great guy to talk with on the way to final destination. He was prompt, courteous, helpful, and took the time to do the tow the right way. Great communication and follow up.
He took care of US and our NSX. Flat bed only way to get it home. I would highly recommend D&D Towing to everyone on the island.
