Darin was great over the phone with details and setting up a next day tow of my junk van that was sitting outside for more than 2 years. He offered $50 for the van, but I couldn't accept the money due to the fact that this small business and great service had the Aloha spirit! Mahalo to the Driver Justice, was earlier then expected...professional, humble, and quick to do his job. My vehicle was parked on private road in Salt Lake and this tow company towed without land owner being present to show if hes the actual owner of property. My vehicle was removed and the person who wasnt even a homeowner on property, was the one who really called and met with tow company in person. My registration safety and insurance exp in March and with the Coronavirus shutdown I couldnt get it updated. So he towed it anyway and charged me $300 from 8am to 11am same day tow $50 everyday after. Then he gave me attitude and said "you know what I going crush the car you no come pay the fees. No

To have a business name like Integrity Towing, one needs to be completely aware of top customer service & exemplifying the aloha spirit.
