I've been coming to this shop for years and I can honestly say the service is always amazing. Jose is an expert and will visually show you what's going on with your tires. My experience with him this morning was great. The guy single handedly opened the shop by himself while he had 5 customers waiting and took care of all of us in a timely manner. If you're looking for a tire shop that can deliver with very reasonable prices, then look no further

I want to thank Jose and his guys for turning my day around. While driving in heavy traffic on the 10 freeway I had a flat tire. I called AAA, the driver arrived and informed me that he did not have a jack to change my tire. Instead, he was going to load my car on his flatbed and drive me to a tire store to have them change my tire. I thought that’s what I paid AAA for? He refused to use the jack in my car and dropped me at Pomona Tire Pros. I’m so glad he did. They were very professional, patient and understanding of my situation. These guys were super nice. I initially went to pep boys for a tire patch after getting a flat. Pep boys said it’s not repairable and I’d need to purchase a new tire. It didn’t sound right since the nail in the tire was not in the thread. The next day I took it to these guys and they were so honest and fair. They didn’t hesitate it could easily be patched up. I was out in less than 10 mins. They’re the bomb. Highly recommend.

So My Ex used this shop for rims and tires and one day she needed a new tire because the quick fix she had for it did not take permanently. So I took time out of my day to come to this place where she got the rims and told them the tire that had issue (front passenger side). I wait in their small room and it takes over an hour for one tire to be replaced. They tell me its done and car is ready. I drop off her car and continue on my day. Later on She has a flat on the rear tire...they rotated the tire. The busted one...instead

Stopped in at Pomona Tire Pros this morning after the air pressure light came on in my car. Not really knowing if my tires just needed air, or if I had a leak, or a flat, John checked everything out. Thankfully, I just needed some air, but WOW, what great service I received. John was so helpful, and super nice! I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Pomona Tire Pros came through for me and helped me install my lift suspension in my Nissan Xterra. The manager, I believe named Jose, was extremely professional and even worked with me after the we found out parts were missing. I would recommend these guys for any of your tire and suspension needs. Competitive pricing and outstanding customer service, what else can you ask for? I highly recommend these guys. The service is great and the techs there are extremely helpful and courteous. JOSE and ROBERT and the techs that have assisted with my needs are RICK, HECTOR and JOHNNY. I rolled in with a flat as they were rolling the doors down and they saw my situation and rolled the doors back up and provided the service I needed to get me rolling again. Jose, the owner, is an extremely courteous and professional man. My family has been coming here for over 10 years. And I just brought in my second car ever for new rims. He gave me a discount, and ordered them ASAP. These guys work fast and perfectly. In and out kind of business. So I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and couldn't been more pleased their honesty and hard work. Had my car towed in due to my starter went out so I thought. Jose called me to let me know it was only a loose ground wire and the car started right up. Saving me a bunch of money especially through these hard times. That's why I keep coming back. Outstanding service. Not only were they the only tire shop close by open at 8 a.m. every person working there was very attentive to all customers and had such a great attitude. Robert provided awesome service, and was able to get me the tires I needed ASAP same day. He was very accommodating. The guy who changed my front tire was also great. 10/10 service, deffinetly recommend.

Jose was great! Recently discovered I needed to replace one of my front tires. Unfortunately the tire was not stocked, but Jose was able to order it and get it installed same day! So grateful for the honesty and care I receive when I visit Pomona Tire Pros I will never go anywhere else.

Not only do they take FOREVER.. but I bought 4 new tires and 3 months later one got flat on the freeway. I pulled off right away. They wouldn't replace it or fix it because I drove on it... UNTRUE. And i bought the BRAND NEW tire for a reason. Reliability. Or I woulda bought a used one if i knew it wasn't going to last. So I had to buy another one.
