I called and asked the lady if they had a certain sized tire (used) , she said yes. I repeated the tire size just to make sure and asked did she have it in stock, she assured me they did so I asked her to hold the tire for me as I was close by. I arrive at the shop a few minutes later and tell them what she told me only for them to say they don't know and are searching for it now for 20mins. Why tell me you have it and have me drive all the way over here when you don't?? What point does that serve, I am seriously annoyed.

Called them after 5:00 PM Friday afternoon to have two nails removed and rims switched out. Being late in the day, I was assured if I got there by 6:00 they would help me out. Anna was very helpful and sweet on the phone and once I got there, the workers immediately took care of me; I arrived at 5:45 PM, 15 minutes before closing. Very nice and professional. I really recommend Corona Tires New & Used.
