It’s been 2&1/2 days since I’ve paid them to bond my boyfriend out , I was told that he’d be out the next morning he wasn’t out I called lucci then told me he would be out at 8 pm and he still wasn’t released I recommend going some place else don’t waste your time or money here !

I went in on Thursday night. The lady there told me that she had only been there for 3 weeks. They close at 11pm and she gave me my papers when I got to the jail the officer told me that the lady messed up the paperwork and I have to come back and have it fixed. They were already closed so I had to wait until the next morning. The mistakes that were made on the papa era I had asked about and I was told it would be fine...... when I go back the next morning it was treated as if it was no big deal.Then it’s takes her forever to do the paperwork. Her excuse is. This is not my job!! 🤦♀️

I worked for this company for a while and they treat their employees like trash. Not to mention the facility is barely habitable for working . Barely working toilet, no security and they pay very little! They hold onto your money once you leave and try not to pay you what’s owed. They make you work over 9 hours with no break not even a 15! And they don’t offer any benefits. The manager is unprofessional and disrespectful id never do business with them! They don’t even like to pay their bounty’s. UNPROFESSIONAL black owned business very disappointing!

I am very unhappy with this Bail Bonds company. They claim they are 24 hour service but they are not. I made arrangements to come in and pay Bond at 11 p.m. I told Courtney that I was on a motorcycle it was 20 degrees and it was also raining. I got to the office at 12:15 and no one was there. I came from Conroe which is an hour and a half away and I told her my ETA. But I did have to make a stop on the way. I was afraid that when I pulled my gloves and socks off that my fingers and toes would just fall out of them. I defrosted my hands and feet for 10 minutes in a gas station bathroom. It was so

I feel disrespected and taken advantage of. The system had my friend bonded out through a different company and I had no knowledge of it and asked them repeatedly to mean sure he wasn't bonded out. They conned me into spending $125 and told me I'd only get $40 back even though it's their error. There was no communication. No ynderstanding. Slow process. No one knows what their doing. And they only care about their money. Don't trust them.
