John has a degree in accounting and finance from Texas Christian University and served as one of the founding officers of the Association of Professional Bondsmen of Harris County.

If your friend or loved one has been arrested in Fort Bend County, TX, please contact us to help begin the bail process. If you are unable to find them, our bail bondsman may be able to assist you in locating where they are being held. Once your friend or loved one has been entered into the jail system, it takes roughly four hours for our bail bonds office to verify any information.
After a defendant has been arrested, the bail amount is set by the judge. Once bail is set, someone will contact the bail agent on behalf of the defendant to arrange the posting of the bail bond. This person will become the indemnitor or co-signer guaranteeing the bond. The indemnitor will complete all necessary paperwork and pay the bond premium (usually 10%).
