Sunny and bright living area in this home and it's on a great lot! 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with a full size bathtub. Ample storage, glass cabinet doors and completely furnished. Air Conditioned, new concrete patio, new awning and driveway! You will fall in love with this one. This park model is very pretty, comfortable and bright!.

My parents lived in Friendly Acres in the 1990s and were so enamored with the park that when visiting in March 2015 my friend and I decided to buy our own home in the park! We loved the friendly people, all the activities, the weekly meals, the monthly potlucks (my favorite), the pool and hot tub, the office staff and the sun! We sold our little home and upgraded to a two-bedroom mobile home and have decided to live here year-round. My brother and his wife also bought a mobile home on our street! 'Friendly Acres is the place to be!'

The only friendly is in the title. If you're under 75, you'll be out of place. If you have a dog, you won't be able to walk him/her in the park. There is a small playground, 10x5, near the Office, but you'll have to carry your dog there.
You should know that the trailer park is in a bad part of town, surrounded by empty lots, broken cars and homeless.
Once you pay your $100 deposit, don't think you can change your dates. That deposit is lost and they'll refuse to apply it to any days you spend there.
