This is an awesome campground. Very clean. Large sites friendly employees. Able to get breakfast and lunch there or even a haircut...manicure...pedicure or massage. Rare at most campgrounds.
I would have given 5 stars but upsetting that the pool has water activities at prime swim time. Most resorts have these in the mornings. The main pool is unusable during those times which seems to be most days. The small pool is to small to actually swim.

It's ran like the military. To organized & lots of rules with NO flexibility. The residents are wonderful. One thing is no privacy between neighbors.

Just passing through for the night, assigned a spot with long reaches to hookups, but doable for a pull-through. Wifi unusable with our on board equipment. Moderate traffic noise at this spot, adjacent to main highway. All considered, ok spot to spend the night passing through.

Well planned and maintained resort. In the middle of farm lands, surrounded by citrus orchards with some grape cultivation across the road.
Lots to offer long term residents - activities remain in spite of covid times - just dialed way back and staying within suggested guidelines. Very friendly neighbors all around. Safe. Quiet. >55 age.

I came down for the summer to visit my grandma who is staying at the rv park. (bad idea its really hot suggest coming in the winter) I had a great time here there are lots of activities like: swimming, tennis, pickle ball. There is two dog parks and a dog wash. I would love to come in the winter when the park is in full swing.

I have been at Del Pueblo RV Resort for about 6 weeks now. There are many positives about this resort and only a few negatives which include the endless big tractor truck traffic noise, the smell of raw sewage on one half of the park when the wind blows, and the lack of fencing or back-drops for the single tennis court. Apparently the Tennis club isn’t that popular and has been replaced by pickle-ball courts.
The positives far outweigh the negatives. The workers are friendly, the grounds are well kept, there are weekly activities with all the local amenities one might need. If you like to play
