Hired Eddie to help with taxes and paid $360 discovery fee required. Got a quote on services that started at $1650. Tried to call back to pay for service to begin and was unable to reach anyone at his phone number. Tried several attempts, left multiple messages, emailed, and no response. So pretty much wasted $360 on what looks like a scam. Have a couple of friends that have had trouble with stuff he's done for them as well. Go elsewhere!

Facts when attempting a simple tax amendment with this company:
- I submitted a request in November
- It is now March and my request has not been completed (simple amendment)
- After calling at least twice per month, I received no follow up from the front desk, nor an actual tax adviser, even after asking for it each time
- had to resend documents because they were either lost or the front desk/adviser was too lazy to search for it in their email (probably because it took them months to realize they hadn't begun my request)
- there's about a 1% chance that when you call in, Sarah at the

After being recommended to Premier Tax Service, we decided to change accountants and boy are we glad we did! The service was excellent and very professional. We ended up getting our biggest refund ever and the preparation fee was about one third of what we had been paying for many years. I am so grateful to Eddie and his friendly and attentive team. Eddie helped dig me out of a hole almost 10 years ago and I have been going back ever since. I would never ever recommend this place or Eddie Tovar to anyone I know. I felt rushed and like he did not care about me or my best interest. Getting ahold of him is near impossible multiple emails and calls before I ever hear back. I was pushed into using payroll service I didn't need or want to use. I felt like I was completely taken advantage of. Now he won't give me copies of the paperwork that I need. Says he doesn't have it. completely unprofessional
