If I could give Larissa 0 stars I would. She was hired to maintain my books on QuickBooks and never categorized any of the transactions. This went on for about 3 months. She still billed me on a monthly basis $299 per month to maintain books, archive receipts, etc., nothing was done. Thankfully my REAL CPA requested a P&L report, when I ran I realized there were multiple transactions for several months that were never reviewed. I contacted Larissa about this and she promised to get to it, never did. I requested to cancel, they stopped replying completely. Larissa promised to issue a refund for

Larissa is amazing. I feel so blessed to have such a professional on my side who genuinely cares for me and my taxes! She is very thorough and responds quickly. I have even called on her during non tax season about a question, and she gave me advice. Any chance I get, i refer friends to her because I want to see my whole circle get taken care of!
