Marianne comes from a business background and owned her own printing company before moving to beautiful Brookings. She is an experienced investor herself. She has worked with investment groups, development and developers, builders, vacant land and acreage and 1031 IRC exchanges. She has been devoted to real estate for nearly 20 years, earning many educational designations.
She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and has a designation from the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). Those of us familiar with this area tell our visiting friends and family to enjoy every moment! We like Brookings-Harbor as it is, slow paced, relaxed and pristine. There are so many places to hike or bike each day spent here will be full of fun. There are campgrounds upriver on the Chetco and north of town at Harris Beach where you can fish and swim or just float around.
Crissey Field Beach, within a short distance of the border between California and Oregon is just the beginning. We wish for everyone to see and feel this. We will be adding more photos & links. With the constant changes, clouds and mist, the sunsets on the Oregon coast are amazing. We hope you enjoy the variety of views we chose to share with you. The Port of Brookings-Harbor is a buzz of activity all year with commercial & charter fishing ventures.
