Horrible experience with one of the property managers. Was impossible to get a hold of and kept saying she was doing all this work without pay. I was a little confused by this comment considering she is a realtor? Also, very unprofessional and actual yelled at me on the phone. She sounded very inconvenienced. Really disappointed...

Used Jeanette management company to manage a rental for a little over a year. Was unimpressed with Bridget Gennett who was my leasing agent. She was abrupt, condescending and borderline rude at times. She represented the renters rather than the owners who hired her and it was apparent that she frequently reacted/quickly answered communications that she hadn’t read carefully. She did not follow through with requirements clearly stated at the onset for the renters to be approved by the board of the community prior to move-in.
Repairs/maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner however

Jennette Properties has managed renting our personal condo each winter for the last 5-6 years. They are extremely thorough and responsive and take care to ensure our property stays in good shape. We don't know how they do it, but they always seem to get us great tenants that our neighbors love. We have worked personally with Diane Hunter all these years and highly recommend her!

If you don't need communication from your rental manager then this company is for you. Nothing ever happens with one phone call - the average for us was about 4 to get anything done. We were promised call backs from Kari Epp several times and we are still waiting two months later.

We had the pleasure of working with Roxanne while we were working to rent our home in Lakewood Ranch. Roxanne was extremely knowledgeable about the local rental market and quite easy to work with. She was also readily accessible to us anytime we needed to communicate. We give Roxanne high marks!

Jennette Properties, leasing and management company agents in the Sarasota Area seems to have many rental condo or home listings. Often times,they advertise a rental, then later manage it, or sometimes just advertise a condo or home on Zillow, then the home/condo might be managed by the owner during the tenancy.
Future tenants looking at listings for Jennette..Be very careful as they have a very peculiar website when submitting an application for a lease.

I owned a home in University Park for 15 years. My agent was Diane Hunter. She successfully leased my property every year, always to very considerate tenants. I was extremely satisfied with her professionalism and attention to details. Her consideration of both the owner and the tenant was always obvious.

Absolutely the worst customer service and attitude. They treat you like they are doing you a huge favor to find a 10k a month rental. And I am not really sure they care if they do or not. I had to do my own research for properties on their website, which is dated and really non productive. The availability calendars are not up to date at all. Many of the homes not available in high season because the owners use the properties for themselves. Why post the homes at all. Hint, no one is coming down in july, a heads up jenette properties. Stay away from these people

Diane Hunter is amazing. When I first contacted Jennette Properties, I knew I was in good hands when Diane greeted me. She knew exactly what I was looking for and I wasn’t disappointed. She has been accessible and responsive. I thank her for her stellar service. She is a great professional and a wonderful person.

Currently renting a golf condo in Bradenton thru Jennette. We had a few issues (not Jennette's fault) when we moved in, and Lisa and Toyia were exceptionally helpful in resolving them quickly. I would highly Jennette and plan on renting thru them next year.

Used Jennette Properties to manage one of my homes in the Sarasota area, within a month they had a qualified renter moved in with a 3 year lease. My agent was very accommodating . They handle all of the tenants needs and I collect a check which is nice since we live in New York full time. My wife appreciates that we don't have to send any repair men for incidental issues from across the country, its all handled locally.

Jeanette Property management is the worst experience I have had renting my condo investment. The paperwork, statements, and monies received were untimely and lacked the professionalism they advertise. I do not recommend this company.

We worked with a real estate agent to find a rental which was ultimately managed by Jenette Properties. We were told we needed to send a picture of our dogs to get approval before renting the place we found. We sent pics of our dogs and said we would want to move ASAP. We did not hear until the next day that they had rented it the day we sent the pics of our dogs. They did not call and tell us that when we sent the pictures and we are not sure why they waited until the next day to contact us. Roxanne Klopp was wonderful!!!!!! This is our first rental property. She made the whole process easy. She explained everything. She is great to work with. You will not find a more competent, professional or pleasant individual to work with.

We have owned rental properties for 15 years and have used excellent property managers in the past who made it all a breeze. When we moved to Sarasota 5 years ago and decided to invest here, we needed to find someone to manage our rentals. We selected Jennette Properties and I have only regrets. Each interaction with our property manager has been so much more work than necessary. I pay them to manage the property, not to create more work for me with errors and general incompetence.
