Paul sent his team to clean my gutters. My gutters are white and had 6 years of dirt, grime, and tar stains from the roof. After his team was done, my gutters are spotless. He also cleaned the eaves. I highly recommend Preferred Pressure Washing! Professional, reasonably priced, and timely. There is no doubt that he will always have my power washing requirements!

I got estimates from several power washing companies and asked many questions. Paul at Preferred Pressure Washing was the most responsive, answered my questions the most thoroughly, and was the most reasonably priced. Based on that and reviews I saw online, I engaged their services. Paul was on time and did a great job power washing the house. I couldn't ask for a better experience and recommend this company wholeheartedly.

If you are looking to get your home's exterior clean and looking new, then look no further!! This company did an outstanding job! The technician listened to my concerns, and when done had me walk the house to make sure I was happy! Great service, results and a truly, "customer-centric" business!!! After finding this company through a Google search, I reached out to schedule gutter cleaning and power washing services for my ranch home. I received a response the same day with a reasonable quote and was able to schedule services very timely. I had a schedule conflict the day before my appointment and reached out to ask some questions about the timing of my services and again received a fast reply. They were able to work with my schedule and on the day of the services, they arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time. Boss ended up hiring them to clean Several commercial properties we manage for our clients. One client even called to praise us for the quality workmanship they delivered at several apartment complexes, parking garages/surface lots we contracted Preferred to clean.
