They did a great job! just moved into our house in the spring and wanted to see what condition the siding really was in, so we had it professionally cleaned. they warned us up front because the material is tin, that it may be scuffed up / the paint wearing off but that they could remove the moss and dirt. I really appreciate how communicative and quick they were - and reasonably priced.

Perfectionist Solutions is a top-notch company. They power-washed our roof which is steep and has an extensive square footage. They took great care in cleaning and clearing the gutters first where our gutter guards had collected debris in each corner. They protected our cedar siding against damage and took meticulous care in cleaning all areas of our roof. They also protected all shrubs/foliage around the perimeter of our house. I chose this company because I preferred the low pressure wash to the high pressure wash and they were highly rated. My house had a bad algea problem and I am very happy with the results, looks like new. Christian was a super nice young man, explained that his website has the ability to give you a quote right away based on your houses square footage. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Team showed up early for their appointment time and walked around the house with me to go over what I needed power washed. They did a fantastic and thorough job - we have stucco, and I was worried about how to wash off the mildew without messing up the finish. They also did our back patio and it looks brand new. Cleaned up afterwards and put our patio furniture back too. Will use again in the future and highly recommended!

The professionalism and quality of service provided by this business was well welcomed. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I could appreciate the extra details made through the process of having both my homes powerwasher. I had deck stairs which I felt, needed cleaning and instead of just taking my money doing it, they took the time to explain the reason why I shouldn't. That right there was respectful. Believe all the great reviews. Perfectionist Solutions cleaned our deck and did a fantastic job. Christian came out to look at the project and had me a quote within a couple days. He was able to schedule the job within a week. Deck looks almost brand new! I have already reached back out for a quote to wash the house. Great company!

Our house hasn’t been professionally power washed in the 16 years we lived here, so we thought this cleaning would just get the grim and mild off but we would still have markings or stain. Christian worked his magic and the house looks brand new on the outside. The gutters and trim even sparkles after he was done. We highly recommend Perfectionist Solutions for any power washing needs. Christian powerwashed my house and patio. The result was spot on. His communication before the appointment was awesome. He uses professional equipment and was quick.
