For over 20+ years Sound Septic, Inc has provided septic tank repairs and installations for all of the surrounding Thurston County areas. Based in Olympia, Washington, we specialize in quality, affordable septic pumping services.
Installation of new construction systems or repairs/replacement of failed systems, which may include new tanks and/or a new drain field. This is often done when the old tank is damaged or corroding, or if a larger tank would better accommodate your home. We are a 'Certified Sewage System Installer' with the Thurston County Health Department, Under the name Sound Septic DBA Bond Utilities.

I just had my septic tank pumped and I can't say enough good think about Sound Septic. I chose them because of all the great reviews and because they're on the Thurston county "certified sewage system pumpers" list. I'm glad that I called because Gene was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and offered helpful suggestions for properly maintaining my home septic system. I will definitely be calling him again in a few years. Great job!

I'm sorry but there's no way I can recommend them. When they came out to my place they moved a 300 lb concrete lid over the septic tank and did not replace it when they left. When I contacted them I was assured they would get back in a couple of days, but then days turned to weeks and weeks to months and even after repeated reminders have not returned. The one who came out was Gene, who owns the company with his wife Kari. Very unprofessional.

I would highly recommend Sound Septic! They came when we called in an emergency situation with our septic. Not only did they come within hours of my call on a Friday, they returned on Sunday morning, and that afternoon to make sure our tanks were working. After trial and error of a few things it could’ve been, the solution was found and rectified. They returned again on Monday to check everything was working properly. I am incredibly happy with the service, and timely manner in which they responded plus the continual check ups to make sure we were up and running again with our septic.

Love this company, he is fast, professional, and very fair on his pricing. He showed up exactly on time. Went directly to work pumping my system and had me verify that my alarms were working properly before he left. He walked me through identifying all my system components and did the best job I ever had with a pumping contractor and I've had septic systems for 50 years! He will be who I use in the future.

I waited almost a week to have this company come out. Then the driver said that he couldn’t drive up by the house to pump the sectic. I assured him that we have had big trucks driven up that driveway quite frequently. He said that he couldn’t do it! Didn’t even try. He clearly didn’t want to work hard today. Don’t waste your time hiring this company. There are plenty out there that want the work.
