Services
The type of septic system we can design for you depends on several factors. Primarily, the depth of soil above a restrictive layer ("hardpan", clay, water, etc.) on your property determines the type of system will be allowed. Gravity is our goal! Standard gravity septic systems are the simplest and least expensive type of system allowed in Washington State.
We know that getting your septic system designed is an important step in the process of building your new home, remodeling your existing home, or repairing an existing failed septic system. After setting up an appointment with us, we'll meet you at your property to gather the necessary information needed to begin the septic system design process.

You should be able to give minus stars for companies like Apex Septic Design. Just finishing building a new home. This is the fifth home I have built in my life and contractors can be a real challenge at times. Some are also great to work with as well.
I have never worked with any company as bad as Apex Septic Design. It would take far too long to describe just how bad they were. They make a great first impression and they offer a large discount if you pay up front. What a huge mistake taking them up on that offer. Once they had the money I had to beg them to call or to get anything done month
