This is a very unprofessional company. I called because of their error and was treated horribly. First person I talked to asked my name and put me on hold. I then was transferred to Daryl who didn't saying anything other than "hello". I asked him who he was and what was his job he became agitated and just said "hello" again. When I told him he wasn't professional he said we could disagree on that. This is a cattle round up law firm. If you have a choice go somewhere else.

I highly recommended attorney Jed Kirsch of Napoli Shkolnik (Melville, Long Island). He's a very professional and knowledgeable lawyer in handling my daughter's case. These guys represented me in a class action lawsuit, which recently settled.
I just found out that they check they sent me bounced and I was charged a bank fee by my bank.
I called and the person who forwarded me to someone's voicemail was unwilling to listen and before I finished talking, she sent me to voicemail.
Not my idea of a firm that I'm happy to have represent me!

I became a client a few months ago this law firm will not return phone calls.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
I have requested all my documents be returned but the individual Yvonna will not return phone calls to end this legal representation,leaving me no choice but to file a formal complaint to the New York State Bar.
