I was in pain.
They told me that I was gonna have to wait, but they would take care of me.
Place was really crystal clean, people taking care of guests were very servicial.
Once I went inside the working area, everything was perfect.
Mr. Mark took care of me very well.
I wish not go back again, because that means pain for me again….. but this place is really providing very good professional services, at a good pricing and their customer service is superb.

Excellent Experience. In and out to have a loose molar removed in about 2 hours. Friendly staff and dentist. Made the call at 9am, appointment set at 2:30 for the same day and home by 4:30. Very nice office and patient areas. They made sure the experience was as painless as possible for the xrays, extraction, and my wallet.

My experience at this office was great! I was greeted right away when walking in and was taken into my exam area within 1-2 minutes of checking in. They offer water, coffee, and other items to help you relax (I believe it was blankets and some other items). The office was clean. The woman who took my X-rays was nice and was genuinely interested in how I was doing. I liked that she shared with the doctor extra information about me (where I grew up and random chat) because I was also able to have nice interaction with Doctor Rasmussen. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. While talking

I went in for a routine cleaning and my experience was great! I was greeted with a friendly smiling face at the front desk by Nicole. She took me back for X-rays and then Dr. Mark came in to evaluate. He was just as friendly, kind and gentle as Nicole! My overall visit was very impressive and I will go back!

I am new to the area and my neighbor recommended Imperial. I was able to make an appointment right away. The staff was very friendly and professional and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Mark took the time to go over my x-rays with me and provided a thorough explanation. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
