Staff are wonderful and extremely nice! I suffer from fainting spells due to a condition I have, and I happened to faint in the nail studio today. The staff were extremely professional and helpful in getting me through it and treated me with great respect during a very vulnerable moment!
Outside of that, my nails came out perfect! She listened to exactly what I wanted and they came out beautiful! I will definitely be going back! :)

My go to nail salon! I really don’t know why this place is rated lower than 4 stars...these people are incredible at what they do, every time I have an appointment with them girls and guys flood in for service and the workers always try to come to everyone’s aid. The shop is always clean calm and relaxing and I’m never been disappointed with what I get done there. 100% recommend to everyone!

Manicure was sloppy and very rushed. Filing was rough and made me bleed and polish left on multiple areas of my skin. I also witnessed staff being discourteous to other patrons. Other salons provide much better customer service and don’t rush you out the door.

So very clean, friendly, and well amazing staff, I love coming here. They have so many services in addition to nails. I love getting my eyebrows done here and the pedicures are probably some of the best by far. You can walk in or call ahead and make an appointment. They have so many colors to choose from as well. I don't leave here without getting THE most incredible chair massage, worth every single penny. I come out feeling like a new person :)

I love it here! I have a few complaints though. The lady filed my nails so hard the skin on the side of my nail started bleeding. But the results are always amazing and my extensions are flawless. Usually a quick efficient experience although on one rare occasion it took an hour and a half for my extensions. Overall love this place they make my nails look the best

Do not come here to get waxed, I got my eyebrows done and she did not know what she was doing. I walked in and asked if they had time to wax and I was laughed at. When it was time for her to wax my eyebrows there was no powder applied before the wax and now my skin is so burned. Not to mention how bad the waxing job was, my eyebrows are uneven now and so thin.

I went to get a pedicure and the place was full as usual but they got me in pretty quick i told the girl do not mind the discoloration of my big toe i dropped a brick on it awhile back. So she calls one employee over and all of a sudden there are 5 employees looking at my toe and speaking in a different language. I was so uncomfortable and that was totally unprofessional of them i will never go back.

Was in the area with some time so went in for a fill. I should've just waited to go to my usual place near home. Extremely expensive. I pay $23 for acrylic fill with gel polish at my normal place which lasts me 3 weeks. I was charged $50 and don't even think they used acrylic. The picture I'm attaching is ONE day later! I am going to have to go to my usual place to get them fixed now. Extremely disappointed. Would go back to complain in person if it wasn't an hour drive away. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!! Last week my parents were at the amazing froyo shop Sweet Lunas and they didn't take American Express credit cards & that's all they had on them so the cashier told them to go use the ATM in the nail salon right next door. Once they got in and went to the ATM & were already halfway done, they got SCREAMED at by multiple employees for using it and not being a "paying customer". I can understand that but the way they handled it and treated them as less than human is what upset me. They told them to leave even though their money was just about to spit

I've gone here for years but I decided to stop coming here due to an unpleasant experience.
On December 29, 2017, I went to get a manicure and pedicure with my cousin. I was disappointed and angered by my experience. Everyone was super rude, my manicurist cut me and I didn't hear her apologize. Then the same person waxed my eyebrows and did them way too much. It's been a year and a half since I last was there and it's likely I will not be back.

My daughter and I made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon. We both had a manicure. They were well staffed and very pleasant. They were very conscientious about sanitation and used sterile tools and clippers. Being immunosuppressed, I was very happy about this. Kathy did an amazing job and we will be back!

I went there one night after work and I have no need to come back. First, it took everyone 15 minutes to figure out what I meant when I asked for a SNS Powder Dip manicure. When they finally figured it out, they handed me the color palate and there wasn't a lot of choices....so I resorted to having a gel manicure. Then, the technician (male) who did my nails was very rough when handling my hands. Even after multiple times of me explaining that my fingers are sensitive.
