I'm from out of state and read reviews and was encouraged. So I called. Small cute salon. Comfy chairs and relaxed, clean environment. I made an appt the day prior and they started my mani pedi w/in 5 min of arriving. I got a pedi and gel mani. Gel removal was a gentle removal without dremel tool! Yay! I chose to do a 5 color ombre (gradation) effect on my hands and Amber, my tech pro, was so helpful and patient and I am so happy w the colors. She took her time and my toes and nails are beautiful. Happy customer!

They are awesome and very affordable! I stepped in, 50 minutes before close, asking (hoping) if they could take a walk-in. They were very communicative, stating that I could wait until one of them was finished with their current client. When all was said and done, she ended up staying past close to finish painting my nails. $17 later, plus tip, I had beautifully, freshly painted nails! Thank you!

Ok. I question some of the cleaning practices there. The French nails had waivy lines so they don't look right, but they give a nice pedicure.
Biggest issue is they will add on extra services without telling you it is extra. Mani is 13, hand massage is 3, and pedi is 25, but somehow it was 48 plus tip when I left.

Visiting from out of town and chose Hands Down because of their stellar yelp reviews. Had a great experience. Debbie did my pedicure and Mercedes did my manicure. Both were excellent, very professional, paid close attention to detail, conversational when I wasn't chilled back. Overall a lovely experience. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

I can not say enough nice things about this place and the staff there. They are all friendly and extremely accommodating. I called this afternoon because I broke a nail (yes, I know, horrors). They squeezed me in, even though it was after hours. I wasn't charged for it because I had just been there less than a week ago. All of my experiences with them have been wonderful. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Great job every time too!

I chose this salon for someone & called ahead to pay as a gift. She enjoyed it very much, thought it was exceptionally clean, the girls were all very nice and she said they had a lot of colors. All told, she was very happy with the experience and would go back in a second. They took the appointment and credit card over the phone, without any issues. Oh and she loved Fabby!
