Parking in the parking lot behind the salon is $1 per hour up to 3 hours. If your service is normally an hour we recommend you pay for 2 hours just to be safe. In the event, you will be spending more than 3 hours at our salon, our front desk can provide you with a pass. You can park on the street for free, as 3rd street, Delaware street, 5th street, and Wyandotte are not metered or paid to park locations.

I wanted a last minute appointment a few months ago and Jordan had a spot open. I couldn't be more happy with all the services I have received from her. I was very nervous and she was super welcoming and walked me through everything. I will always go to her and would recommend her to everyone looking to get anything done! I’ve been seeing Jordan for a few months now! I’ve been getting chemical peels from her. She is so personable and has extensive knowledge of skin. I’ve struggled with acne for years and have seen so many different people for it. Jordan has been the first to really listen to me and help me get the skin of my dreams. Highly recommend seeing her! Extremely happy with our experience here. We took our 10-year-old who had a very specific idea of what she wanted, and they did exactly what she asked for. Then, they kindly humored my toddler by putting her in the seat and braiding and curling her hair. The salon is beautiful, very clean and nice ambiance and seems like they have a lot of services. I’ll go back minus the kids! Best experience I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend.

I needed my hair done on a Sunday because my stylist that I used cancelled on me last minute. I was super happy to find that The Glam Room had an opening for someone to do my hair- wash/dry/style for maternity photos. I easily found parking, walked in, and was greeted by my stylist Parker. I didn't really give Parker much guidance but they knew exactly what to do! My hair looked fabulous and Parker used product on my hair that literally made my hair stay put all day, and throughout the photo shoot. Highly recommend, and will be back!

I have had my hair done at the Glam Room 5+ times in the past by various stylists. I've never had an outstandingly poor experience until today. For context, I now live 2 hours away and have been going to another salon. However, I was not able to get an appointment at a time that worked for me at a different salon, so I decided to book at the Glam Room and just make the drive. This was my first experience at the Glam Room, and it did not disappointing! I saw Heather the aesthetician and she was magnificent. The full hour was an amazing experience for me. She was nice she was gentle most of all it was very relaxing. I will be coming back and I highly recommend you go treat yourself to a visit to Heather at the Glam Room!!!

Justin and Tori did a phenomenal job! I usually get my hair cut once every year or two and I go to a beauty school. I wanted to try going to a professional salon for once and it was worth every cent. They listened to what I wanted and offered advice on how to properly care for my hair in a way that works for me. They were also so sweet and lovely to talk to. As someone who gets very nervous about haircuts, I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Can’t recommend this place and specifically Justin and Tori enough!

I love Glam Room!! I've been there for hair cuts/color, waxes, facials, and botox! The ambiance cannot be beat, I love the feel of the salon and the spa! My go to is Erin for waxes and facials, Elizabeth for Botox, and Mimi for hair. All three of them are very sweet and friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. I have been to this salon twice now. I wanted to give Rebecca the benefit of a second attempt but this has been the worst color treatment of my life. I asked for a color specialist when I made my appointment and Rebecca is a teacher at Glam. The first time all the color was on the top of my head. I clearly said this time I want all over color with highlights. I even showed a picture but still ended up with this mess. Sorry to give you a bad review but this is crazy bad hair!

I was being charged $250-300 to get my hair lightened slowly to put on vivid colors. It had been 3 appointments and it's still not enough there is tons of brown still at my roots. I felt like I was being milked for my money with little to no product being used. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment because of work and I was treated poorly throughout the entire appointment and charged $308. My hair cut was also butched.

Used to love this place during COVID when we moved downtown. When things started to pickup and the front desk staff changed over from a very friendly woman to rude young men - it really changed the appeal for me. Extremely rude service and wannabe "upitty/privileged, but really not" attitude gets old fast, coupled with poor service, NO. Please change out the customer service/front desk staff; first people you see when walking in and last you see walking and checking out, really makes a difference!

I got a lash and brow tint here and I am IN LOVE with the results. The salon has a great atmosphere and felt very COVID safe, with temperature checks and all the employees were wearing masks and social distancing, which I appreciated. I'm sorry, but I would not recommend getting your hair done here. I had told my stylist previously in a virtual consultation that I had want to go back to blonde. She said that she could do it. At the appt she then told me that she "didn't think that was a good idea"... this is what my hair came out as. Damaged and clearly not blonde. Needless to say I did not go back to have her try to fix it even though she offered.

I got sculpted acrylic with gel today. I don't want to give a two star but my silver lining came off when I got home. The nails are not sculpted evenly and the lining wasn't applied evenly. Was told it couldn't be straighten and if I was ok with it diagonal. It was already a long day so I was like sure. Then I didn't know that I was charged extra $10 for the uneven lining . I had the fabulous Jessie do my french gel manicure today. She actually remembered me from a wine walk that took place many Octobers ago on my birthday when she and my sister talked my husband into getting one of his nails done during the wine event (hilarity ensued I assure you). I have very sensitive fingers because I'm an artist and take good care of my hands and she so far is the most gentle I've ever had work on them. I will be returning!
