The human face contains over 40 different muscles. These muscles control our facial expressions and our basic motor functions, like chewing, talking and blinking. Every time you smile or frown in concentration, a muscle or muscles contract, causing the overlaying skin to crease, just like your pants every time you sit or kneel.

They are always running on time which is great b/c I usually make my appointments during my lunch break.
Dr B. is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly and never tried to upsell me. She explains all my options and products and allows me to make the right choices for myself. Love it!!

This place is not clean. There is a dog that runs around and it gives the place a distinct smell. The Dr. did not wear gloves or sanitize my face when I got my eyebrows done and the lip filler I got done mysteriously disappeared about two weeks after they were done. Next time I'll be going to a real Dr. office.

I went to Dr Botros the 2nd time I got my lips enhanced.
The first tune was done by well known Med Spa here in Kansas City, and it turned out horrible. I was bruised, bumping and uneven. It took a long time to get back to normal and had to go back in for "touch ups"(make everything symmetrical and even) after two weeks.
Then I went to Dr Botros and she did a great job. My lips are not bruised (only one tiny area, the size of a pin), not bumpy and no swelling. You can't tell (except that they look amazing) that I even got them done. They look natural

Excellent place with an excellent doctor. The place is beautiful & professional & all the services are top notch. As nice as the nicest offices in the country. Dr. Botros is an amazing and brilliant doctor. You are lucky to have her as your doctor. She has an excellent team and truly cares about you. Definitely the best in Kansas City and arguably the best in the country.

I learned about Plaza Aesthetics and Wellness through Kansas City Fashion Week. I had a complimentary consultation with Dr. Botros, who is both knowledgeable and so nice to talk to. She recommended the hydrafacial and the pharma skin care line carried in-house. I definitely enjoyed the hydrafacial and use the Vivier Skin care on a daily basis, the latter of which has transformed my skin.
Tip: Definitely consider the Plaza Premium package. With monthly rollover benefits, you could plan ahead for any spa/beauty costs you incur throughout the year.

A little late if a post but I was here two weeks ago for their Hydrafacial promo party. There was quite a bit of a wait but it was SO WORTH IT! I love how smooth my face was afterwards! Sheila was AWESOME and after that I decided that I needed to sign up for consultation with Dr. Botros. I am very happy with my experience from the receptionist to their practice manager Stacy. I will for sure come back!!
