First he was one hour late. Second he spent very little time to do the diagnosis to restore the system. Then he simply removed the hard drive and put it in an external bay for my laptop to retrieve the data. It worked because the hard was not damaged. It was the system that was corrupt. He went ahead to try to reinstall the system on a used hard drive he asked me to buy from him but failed. He said that the old bios would not allow him to use a bootable USB and he did not have a CD with him. He then told me to throw away the PC and would buy a used one off the lease from him. I did not.
