Bottom Dollar Insurance

I live in a private community. It should not matter, but we are owners (not renters)in our community and we not only pay a lot to own where we live but we pay a lot in HOAs
This company ignores the no trespassing / no soliciting and puts magnets all over cars during the middle of the night.
I would never do business with a company that does not respect my privacy.
They best hope I never happen to come across them doing this as I will only assume they are trying to break into my vehicle since there should be no one around it.
I also don't think many customers from affluent properties are

Tj texted me at 1am. She never told me that she needed pictures of my new car for my policy, she did take my money over the phone. Long story short, she tried to cover her butt by texting me from a different number and saying she was from another company and my policy will be canceled if i did not send her pictures of my car at 1 am? Do not do business with her, i was stuck at the dealership on the phone with her for over 3 hours.

So, my insurance was canceled due to lack of communication for photos needed for my policy that were sent over 3+ times. Very poor customer service. Including the actual owner Phil Schepens. It's pretty disappointing when 3 different people said they would call me back regarding the mistake made on their end. Not to mention, they had no problems processing the payment out of my account 3 days prior to canceling me. Didn't once offer to reimburse me for any of it! Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend bottom dollar services to anyone. I guess you get what you pay for. Counting down

This insurance company goes through neighborhoods at night littering vehicles with advertisements. I don't appreciate it at all. The advertising ends up all over the neighborhood and makes it look trashy. I'll never even think about calling them for insurance as long as they keep up this practice and I hope you don't either!

I don't know what part of "No Soliciting" is hard for this company, but they come through my apartment complex in the dead of night and stick magnets all over every car here which invariably end up getting littered all over the parking lot. Maybe your insurance would truly be cheaper if you didn't waste money on trespassing in an apartment complex with a big NO SOLICITING sign to solicit business with a trashy (both literally and figuratively) marketing strategy that is doomed to fail. Rich is my guy. He is the one who always helps me when it comes to making sure that my wife and I are both secure when it comes to a good auto insurance. He is always available and gives me the right information anytime. I would highly recommend this place for someone who doesn't want to pay too much for insurance, but wants to get the best value

You may be a great company but I will never do business with you. You sent some trespasser into my apartment complex who stuck refrigerator magnets on my vehicles. Do you not realize that those things can cause paint damage? And now someone has to go around the complex and pick up all the ones that fell off. Shame on you...

I live in a NO SOLICITING/NO TRESPASSING gated apartment community. This is the SECOND time I have received an advertising magnet from this company on my car IN my community. I absolutely despise advertisements being placed on my personal property, such as my vehicle. Public places such as common/public parking lots I can understand advertisements because it's PUBLIC property, I still hate them but it's PUBLIC property. This company went on PRIVATE PROPERTY, passed 2 SIGNS before they entered the GATED community that clearly states no soliciting or trespassing that they IGNORED to place

Marketing magnet left a white slightly sticky residue on my car.

Called to request assistance or repair, owner's response was to insult my car and ask what made it so special that it would leave a residue. First claimed that no one had ever called in the 76000 magnets they've put on cars. Then claimed I was one of three people that called about the 58000 magnets they've put on cars.

Filing police report in case insurance is needed for repair. Ironic that a car insurance organization would be the one to damage a vehicle. Phil came on the line and explained he was my new insurance
