The Fat Cat is our custom Fat Bike. The age of the Fat Bike is here, and Zinn Cycles makes exquisite fat bikes in steel or titanium. This bike is fat, takes the fattest tires, and the biggest riders imaginable. If you are tall, we can build you a fat bike. If you are small, we can build you a fat bike.
The Serrai is our custom gravel bike and cyclocross bike that's made for really rough terrain. The Serrai is built for hydraulic or cable disc brakes, with tire clearance for higher volume gravel tires, and a tapered fork. Whether you're into racing cyclocross or long gravel grinder rides, we know how to create custom-fit bikes for gravel bike rides that will enhance your performance.
Lennard has been riding a custom eZinn titanium e-bike since January of 2018 due to his heart arrhythmias that have been keeping him from doing the long mountain rides that he so loves. The e-bike has been a life changer for him. It has enabled him to, once again, ride with friends through the Colorado Rockies and commute around boulder without worrying about his heart.

I must admit, things started a little rocky. But after meeting Leonard Zinn, I am thoroughly impressed... and I haven't even received the bike yet.
Leonard is truly "the man, the myth, the legend," in the Colorado cycling world. But what really sets him apart is his 1. Bike knowledge, 2. Physics degree, and 3. Customer service.
Zinn's bike knowledge is at the top of his game. He understands the geometry (no, not trigonometry) of triangles and the human body. He understands rolling resistance, stiffness, dampening, and literally the other 100 other factors in designing a bike. Yep... he hand makes

Zinn built me a perfect FS bike that fits like a glove and rides better than anything else I’ve ever been on. I’m 6’9” and have never been able to find a bike to fit me until now. Quality components, oversized crank arms, and everything is setup to my exact measurements. I’ll only buy Zinn from now on.

These guys are just awesome! It's a nervous thing to buy a custom bike from halfway around the world, but I needn't have worried. Lennard and Nick were instrumental in making this the best bike purchase/experience I have ever had. The bike has been a total game changer for me. Can't rate them highly enough.

Great experience ordering a custom Dolomite Road Bike, from placing the order, to a little back and forth on the exact dimension and components, to delivery. At 6'8" 240 I did not know how great it would be to have bike built around a frame that is built for my dimensions. I felt they really know how to build for tall riders.

I spent a long time researching for the right road bike and my conclusions all ways ended with Zinn cycles. I really appreciate that each part of the bike is proportionate to my hight and weight such as the cranks and the fram geometry to make them work. I could have purchased as 62cm to 64cm bike frame with custom cranks, steam and handle bars and seat post to improve the fit but the frame geometry and design of the bike causes issues, like your shoes hitting the rear derailleur and front wheel wheel steering. I appreciate the design in the bike when I see other big guys making a pro tour designd
