A shout out to Jimmy G with Cool Air Solutions and his attentiveness to my system. On the day of the appointment he texted to let me know the expected time of arrival and then again when he was on his way. This was much appreciated as it relieved the stress of waiting for a service call window. Jimmy also took the time to explain my system to… me, show me how to change my filters, and care for my system. He also took the time to discuss the options and price points. This was above and beyond appreciated. At the end of the day my system was fixed and is working again and I feel more confident

Michael came out to service my AC unit which looked like it never had been serviced in years and wasn't cooling properly since I just bought the house. He went straight to work and when he finished he went over what he did to the unit. It looked like new after a good outside/inside cleaning. He then went over some recommendations that would help in the long run. Great job and professional.

I used Yelp to help me find an a/c vendor as mine was blowing hot air. Yelp gave me 4 options, all of which responded electronically. I started all this Wednesday afternoon, by Friday it was fixed.
Cool Air set a time, showed up on time and talked straight with me and fixed it quickly. Could not be any happier. They treated me right !!!

Easy to call and schedule, and I did not have to wait weeks for an appointment. The tech guys came sooner than expected (good thing) in a company van, wore work uniforms on and acted professionally. Within the hour, they got the problems identified and fixed. However this did not come cheap, and to mitigate the higher than expected bill, the tech did offer me a yearly service plan for a $20.00 @month. It covered parts and labor and if I recall, included a summer service call to inspect both AC and furnace units. By signing up, got a $100.00 discount on my repair bill. Did not mind paying more

I highly recommend Mike and Approved Air. I originally called Mike to install a system I was going to buy online. Mike was one of the only contractors willing to do such an install , but gave me lots of guidance and advice as to why it may not be such a great idea. No hard sell, just information. I will admit I am a shopper, I shopped Mikes price and service and he was by far the best value. Very fair price and excellent service.
Mike spent a great amount of time with me and helped me select a proper system for my situation , much better than what I was going to buy online.

Mike from Approved Air serviced my AC several years ago, and all during that time, my AC always ran cold with no problems. With summer just right around the corner thought it would be good to have Approved Air come and do some maintenance service on my AC. Always a pleasure talking with Mike and catching up. I highly recommend Approved Air Conditioning and Heating! Mike and his son Nathan not only matched a deal that we'd gotten from another company but it was great to know exactly who would be in our home for the several days it took to do the install. Our home was built in 1976 so not only did it not have A/C, our furnace and ducting was original and very, VERY dated (and non-efficient to the max). We had a new furnace, new ducting, A/C of course, and a few additional vents cut/installed. They were very professional and kept the place as clean as possible, vacuuming as they cut and as they went

Approved Air Inc is wonderful. Mike, the owner, came out to do the estimate and was very professional. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done. Shortly after the visit, he sent over a contract with the pricing and a description of the work to be completed. My husband and I went with Approved Air because of Mike- he came across as an intelligent professional who would do a great job for a reasonable price.

Mike and his crew installed furnace, AC, and all new ducting in both my son's and my home. He gave us a good price and a quality job. Mike is so knowledgeable about the equipment, installation requirements, and provides attention to detail! We strongly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs.
