The staff at the leasing office were very nice and the maintenance supervisor was helpful throughout our lease agreement. My complaint is in reference to the security deposit. I filed a dispute regarding the amount the company withheld from my security deposit- and it took 5 months for me to get feedback and a final answer from the owner. I will not release all the details regarding my concerns around the security deposit- but I will suggest that you read your lease agreement in great detail. Fortunately we have built our home and will never need to lease again- But if I did need to- I would not

My husband and I moved from Nashville to San Antonio a month ago. Before our move in date, our realtor went to the property to check things out and was denied entry by the owner. We arrived on move-in day, and upon entry the very first thing we noticed was the overwhelming smell of cat urine and moth balls. Now mind you, this is a "brand new" home, only 6 months old, and the only tenant had been the owner.
Not only did we make it clear about the smell on the new tenant paper work, we put in a work order, and spoke directly with the owner of the realty company immediately.

Amazing Company! I like the fact that I can talk with the owner directly via phone/ or Zoom if I ever have any questions.
If you are looking for a property management company that keeps detailed information/pictures/and videos, this is the company for you. I am always informed on any issues with my property before it could become a bigger issue.
I feel a level of comfort in trusting them to take care of my property especially since I don’t reside in the local area.

Northwest real estate has been managing our property from March 2020. We were looking for good automation, responsiveness, communication and trustworthiness. After considering a few companies me and my brother decided this was the best fit for us. The owner Copernicus is user friendly and even with my brother overseas he made sure to make himself available for conference calls to discuss the company and how everything works. There has not been a time where we have been unable to contact the property managers assigned to us. We are now on our second set of tenants, both by this company with less

Everyone at Northwest is amazing! After dealing with many property managers I can tell you they are #1. We have been working with them for over 3 years now. From the big details down to the small ones they cover it all. They are excellent in every aspect of their business. Their team has the highest bar set so if you want the best go with Northwest :)

I live out of state and have owned a rental in San Antonio since 2012. We have been with this company since that time. Copernicus took over the company about 5 years ago. I have been very grateful for the level of attention that they put into managing our property. They are responsive, thorough, and Copernicus even answers his phone! I would highly recommend this company, if you are looking for a safe and reliable company to manage your property!!

I called on a house which was managed by Northwest. I was assigned to a young man Tallyn Guerra who truly impressed me. He was respectful, prompt and very responsive. I really appreciated the transparency and patience especially during this crazy housing market year. There are more SCAMS, management companies that are exploiting the situation, and shady company owned homes than ILLEGIT ONES. Read the entire application before signing. Read the reviews of companies with BBB and Consumer Protection. These people will ruin your credit and take thousands of dollars from you. The law is not on your

My family and I have been renters of one of their properties for the last 7 years. They have been a wonderful property management company to work with. They have been quick to respond, and fix any issues that arose during that time. We are relocating out of state, and are sad to leave such a great property, and property management company. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in San Antonio. They are all very friendly, polite, professional, and respectful of the fact that the rented property may not be your house, but that is your home.
