After getting into a house we are having nothing but problems with minor to dangerous repairs that needs attention ASAP!
Here we go straight to the point.

We are going on 7 days without anyone coming out to take care of the problems listed with there app, lock still on the door, no house survey (still) after 10 days in being here, horrible contractors that they hire for repairs (haven’t seen one but heard from multiple of “I’ll be there” BS), the way they handle on time paying customers is disgusting!
If you see anything related to them please go

I highly do not recommend anyone to sign a Buyers Representive agreement with this Remax Patriot. The Broker Carl Bishop is a very very unreasonable man after he heard my story about one of his realtors as he called it “Dropping the Ball” and said she was one of their newer realtors and he had much better and more experciened realtors than her, further insisting that I stay with them, I said I do not want to stay with this company REMAX PATRIOT I just wanted to terminate my agreement because I was unsatisfied, which is something that Shani THE REALTOR had told me would be no problem to TERMINATE

My wife and I were in a hurry to buy a house because we were expecting another baby.
