We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! Our staff is trained, skilled, and has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient, and we stay current with the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Your initial exam will last approximately an hour and a half. Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth. In most cases, we will also clean your teeth on this visit and provide an evaluation that will outline your existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer CareCredit with financing periods ranging from six months to five years.
Just a little note to let all know that I had a good experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful, especially Dr. Forster who took care of my dental problems. He did the job he had to do with patience and thoughtfulness. You girls (assistants) are great too! I was super impressed at my visit today! They have all updated / new equipment!
The American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines recommend visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a checkup and professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year. One of our staff members will compile your medical and dental history during your first visit.
We will then examine your teeth and gums, screen you for oral cancer, make Xrays of your teeth as needed, and complete a TMJ (temporomandibular or jaw joint) exam.After we review your dental profile, we will discuss a diagnosis with you. We will discuss your options for treatment and fee payment and help you determine the best plan to fit your needs.

I have been wanting to come here for a long time. My last job's insurance didn't allow me to go there. My husband's insurance does. We used to go another dentist in the sun prairie area, but felt that my daughter needed more work on her teeth than we were told. So my daughter and I had an appt together and I am glad that we came here. We were pleased with the care we received and we love Dr Adam. I loved my hygienist, she was great! My daughter said she felt hers was in a rush and not too friendly (poked her a couple of times), but said overall she liked our new place (she is 12yrs old). I am hoping

Going to Prairie Lakes Dental was one of the smartest choices I could make. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I am such a big baby about my teeth and everyone was so patient with me. Prairie Lakes Dental has the best doctors and staff in the world! I had been going there for 7 years until I moved out of state. I have been trying to find that kind of talented dental office where I live now that I can trust but nothing even remotely comes close. Love Prairie Lakes Dental! Honestly, there are not enough kind words that would do this amazing facility justice. The Sun Prairie facility is impeccable. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Megan Lemke is a star on her own! She is the sweetest, kindest person I have ever met. That company is better because of her! I have personally been a patient at Prairie Lakes Dental in Sun Prairie and so has my 3 year old son. I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Adam and his assistant Amber worked very quickly and efficiently it was such a pleasure to be in and out quickly and be on with my day with an awesome smile! I brought my son in for his 1st ever appointment and Becky was so great with him. I came in fearing the worst with a toddler and he said he loved the dentist when we left they made him feel that comfortable. Bottom line is I would recommend no other Dental office besides Prairie Lakes Dental!

Love this place! Had some restorative work done for a broken molar and later got a couple veneers on the two teeth on either side of my front teeth. Great experience both times! The staff is very knowledgeable and personable. When deciding whether to go with veneers or not I never felt pressured and they were excellent at explaining all steps and making sure that I was 100% happy with the look and feel of the altered teeth before I left.
Be prepared for your appointments and procedures to take some time, but you’ll be happy with the outcome.

Let me start by saying the facility is beautiful, modern and very clean. I had an appointment this morning for a crown with Dr. Forster. I have other crowns so I understand the process. However, I had a little anxiety today before my appointment and I think that is based on my past experiences. May I just say....this appointment ended being the best treatment I have ever received from a Dentist! Amber, the dental assistant, was so genuine and friendly. In the past for a crown you have to have impressions made where you get the goo and the trays shoved in your mouth....not here!! They take 3-D pictures
