Beware of "Best Value Guarantee". This company is one of 3 that I can find nationwide that are considered "Motortrend Certified" dealers. As a result, if you find a car that matches their best value guarantee, but you purchased a car that was "motortrend certified", you are ineligible to receive the best value guarantee unless it comes from one of said dealers, of which there are minimal. The sales team is even aware that this is a very shady system, and the sales manager stated to me: "Our lawyers have looked over this extensively." This has been the worst car deal I have ever done. The used car had bad tires and had to argue to get the tires replaced. Finally was told have a 10 o'clock appointment the next morning. The service department had no idea and had no record of putting new tires on the car. Finally got that worked out - now 2 1/2 hours later still waiting for 4 tires to be put on. Service manager gave all kinds of excuses as to why the work takes so long. 4 tires takes over 2 1/2 hours.
This has been the worst experience and never never again.

I have purchased 3 new cars from here and I was very happy with the service. I recently purchased a used car from them. So far I've been disappointed with after the sale service. I contacted the sales rep and asked for getting the factory code for the door locks. She never replied back to my email. I was told during the closing of the sale I would receive a copy of the title in 3 weeks. It's now been 4 weeks and I still don't have it. I called and inquired about it and was told it would be mailed today or tomorrow.

Sometimes you just go with your gut, listen to that inner voice and you just need to walk away. That is what I did on 10/9/21. I had interest in 2 Hyundai Tucson's. Only the one was pulled as I was told incorrectly that they were both available. I test drove the one Tucson and proceeded with talking finances and having credit pulled. I asked about warranty as was given two different answers, that was unsettling, that was my first clue. After going over what I could afford monthly that's when the hassling began. I was told how easy it would be to budget better, stop spending my money

Initially., I was impressed with the salesman. However, when my daughter and i returned from test driving the car she was interested in, he said "they" said the car was smoking immense amounts of smoke. As a result they couldn't offer the trade-in $amount quoted over the phone. The car was in good mechanical condition when we drove in and there was no smoke when we drove off. It sure looks like. SCAM to us I think they really thought she would be afraid to keep a car that was smoking. 5hey lied. If it smells like a skunk it's a Cheating skunk.

If you are looking for a reliable car at an affordable price, you can't do better than Ricart. I have purchased 4 used cars from Ricart since 2012. (I bought one new car there as well). They have (I believe) the largest stock of used cars around. So you'll have a large variety to find exactly what you are looking for. They have prices to fit most budgets. Also they will offer an extended warranty if you'd like peace of mind.
As far as value all you need to do is compare their online price vs a similar car elsewhere and you'll see why Ricart is my only choice for a used car

I went to Ricart to talk with Ben after communicating via email. I had been to 2 other dealers, had my credit pulled, my truck appraised, etc. So having the information, Ricart had the actual truck I wanted. Went to Ricart, talked to Ben, who completely assured me he would get my numbers where they need to be.........wrong! They low balled my truck by $2,500, then asked for money down, then changed the payment to $100 more than what we discussed. Please consider other places to buy! IMO this is the worst place I've heard of/know of.
Went into buy a 2 year old car and at the end of the transaction was given no key FOB (which are costly to buy from Manufacturer), no mats (can get cheaply auto store ones or online get good ones from after market seller at over one hundred) or as I found out after having a flat, there was no spare tire under the vehicle as they should've been! When I told them the add for my car listed these items they said the fine print states actual items may vary!! Omg really? And this was Fred's son btw

Pros: Their prices are honestly pretty competitive. I'm not sure whether they offer the *best* prices in town (as they claim), but they're up there. We've found multiple cars we were interested in in their used car lot.
Cons: I'm disappointed that some salespeople lied to me even though I have a working knowledge of cars.
A few examples:

After viewing a car online i was pretty interested in, i went into the dealership to check it out. However my father would be the ultimate decision maker and couldn't come see the car until a few days later. He is very good with cars and can tell if they have been wrecked, re painted, or had anything wrong with them.
The car was bought from auction up north by ricart. It was a previous rental or lease from out of the country. However, buyer beware CARFAX does not tell all
