Did some recent business with manager Rich and salesman Chris at the Morse Rd location and all I can say is these men do not keep their word, so donβt trust them. Bought a vehicle for over 23K and requested some repairs that wouldnβt cost a lot. They said theyβd make sure they were fixed, but failed to follow thru with their promise after I signed the papers. Iβd advise you to take your business elsewhere. These people are not genuine.

I'm tired of getting "nickel and dimed" by this dealership. I received a coupon in the mail for service so I scheduled an appointment online and quoted the advertised price. Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to have the coupon on me to receive the quoted price. This may be their policy which is fine. My policy is that I don't play games. Keep your coupons and and I'll keep my long service relationship. Maybe another dealership will place more value on it.

Yesterday, fiancΓ© and I went to trade a car in for a Toyota Corolla. We got a quote in hand from Carmax for her car that was valued at 18k. Sales guy told us to bring it over and trade it in there and he'd give an extra 1k due to their promotion. We bring the car over and they offer us 18k...both of us are puzzled and ask why we aren't being given the extra 1k. Sales guy goes back into the finance department and says oh there's been a mistake, we can give you the 1k. There's the first red flag. We find a Corolla for 11.9K and we aren't given any paperwork until we get to the finance office. In

I had a horrible experience with this dealership from beginning to end. I had issues with purchasing the vehicle because they were trying to low ball me on my interest rate even though I had great credit. I ended up finding my own creditor for a lower interest rate. Also while I test drove the car the brakes were making noises and weren't to my satisfaction. The salesman said that it was due to the car sitting for awhile and once the rust fell away they should be fine. However they weren't fine and I ended up taking it in for a checkup two weeks after purchase. They charged me $75 and told me the

Hands down best car buying experience Iβve ever had. Dee was extremely professional, helpful, and funny too. Iβve been waiting on a white 4 Runner for two months and he made it happen!!! He was knowledgeable, helpful, fast, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with my dream vehicle and a full photo shoot too πππππ

The salesman was nice however don't trust there website. Online it said there were over 20 vehicles that we were interested in stock. Upon arriving to the car lot (after driving an hour) they had less than 20 vehicles total and only 1 of the models we were interested in! We asked why the website showed over 20 and the response was they're in transit and the website does not indicate. So long story short, call before you make the trip to make sure what you are interested in is ACTUALLY THERE. Fix your website...

Ask for Susan Fisher! Buying my 2021 GR Supra 3.0 Premium online from out of state was a breeze. I was shopping around for a decent price for a new Supra and my local dealership did not want to budge on their 2021. I saw that Toyota Direct met the asking price I wanted with their advertised Internet Price. Put in a request and Susan answered that she would honored the price advertised (no bait switch). Itβs a 2021 model and itβs still 2020!!! Susan was helpful and patient explaining the purchase process since Iβm buying the car from out of state. It was refreshing not to get pressured by

If a negative rating system was available, I would be utilizing it! This dealership service department lacks any morals and ignores generally practices business ethics. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR!!!!! (As I do not trust the service department now, I probably would not trust the sales department either!) I take my 04 Toyota Sienna in to have the starter replaced, since the AAA driver confirmed that it was a defective started. At the service department, I explained all of this to the associate and she said they would want to do a diagnostic on the vehicle to confirm. After finding

I have never had a good experience here but I have stuck with them since they are the closest Toyota dealer and I generally prefer the dealer. That all changed in the last 8 days. I had an oil change a few weeks ago and they said I need to get new brakes before my next oil change. They quoted $499/axle. A couple weeks later I saw they had a brake deal on the internet. I called to get a quote and they said $360/axle. Given the significant difference I asked if he was sure and he said he was. After calling a couple other places for quotes I made an appointment at Toyota Direct online. In

So while we had great experience in purchasing our vehicle here, the follow up service has been lackluster to put mildly. We made an appointment and brought in our vehicle on schedule and were quoted a 45 minute wait time. The waiting room had some old guy whistling for a good ten minutes and an aggravated worker who went to the popcorn machine and slammed it very loudly and aggressively three times, giving us a start everytime. And we were sitting across the lobby as far from the popcorn machine as possible. Then after an hour and a half, twice the quoted time, I went up and politely asked about

I will do my absolute best to never bring my vehicle back to the shop. I love my Toyota Prius but I hated the "service" I received. Long story short the agent who assisted me didn't know what he was talking about. They held my vehicle hostage over the weekend because they couldn't get ahold of my Warranty Group. It was either I pay full price or my car stayed there until they got ahold of them. I don't even dispute the policy as much as the way it was handled. As a consumer I expect good customer service... I am also in the business of customer service myself, and I would

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Toyota Direct, but the experience and service here was absolutely wonderful. The 3 different Used cars that I did drive were all clean and from all appearances well-maintained. I had a lot of questions for Schneider and he had all of the answers! He was very patient with me and made himself easily accessible. Every time I showed up to personally inspect and test drive a vehicle, he had it ready to go. I have always bought Used vehicles, and here at Toyota Direct I felt confident in the quality of the vehicles I was looking at. This is a great dealership

Toyota Direct... ly lie to your face. The sales rep said they were going to fix the brakes prior to purchase. He sent it to the mechanic, who must have did something to stop the noise.
15 days later, they refused to make the repairs. Stating that there was no mention of it in the sales contract. I mean, the salesman told me they were going to fix it prior to purchase. He failed to mention that they were not going to actually repair it. Now, its going to cost me 650 dollars.
